« We had a great stay here! The host was incredibly responsive and also had a lot of proactive communication and gestures. We’d mentioned we were getting in late, and wonderful and thoughtful accommodations were made for that. We loved the puzzles & puzzle board, since it rained. Lots of kids books and legos, too. « We stayed here Week 1 for Dreams Park. It was perfect! The house was so great. The location was so great. We needed both the heat and the AC during our week and both worked great. The house was spotless and had everything you could need. Definitely recommend!!! »

« Everything was great for our stay. The listing was very accurate in terms of all of the amenities and exactly what everything looks like. The one thing that I would say is that the bottom room ceiling is very low so it really is only for children. There is not much around the property but if you go 5-7 minutes up the road there is a nice breakfast spot. »

« The farmhouse is absolutely adorable. It has been fully restored and is very comfortable. It has all the modern conveniences you could ask for. We enjoyed our stay and if we are ever back in Cooperstown, we will definitely stay there again. The host was very helpful and always answered my emails immediately. »

We stayed here as a family (and with another family) while our son played at Dreams Park and everyone from the kids, adults, and grandparents absolutely loved it! I am already hoping that our younger son gets a chance to play in Cooperstown so that we can stay here again in 3 years! « We spent five nights at this amazing property and it is by far one of the most beautiful and serene places we’ve ever stayed. The photos are truly representative of the farm’s many wonderful spaces. Everywhere you look the view is stunning.
