« this rental was excellent ! If i could rate higher. My son and new wife got married at the Fenmore this past weekend. We stayed here- can't say enough how great it was-- very convenient- clean - large enough everyone had their own space. Game room was excellent for my grandchildren to hang in and also the groomsmen while getting ready for the ceremony. We were allowed to arrive early and stay over chek out time!! recommend highly !!!!!! »

« Rabbit Run was everything we were looking for during our stay in Cooperstown. It was spotless, well-appointed, beautifully decorated, spacious, and incredibly cozy and comfortable. Steve and MJ were so kind and welcoming, which made our experience even better. « The location was good. The house has a ton of space. The property was peaceful. I wasn’t aware that the basement was rented out separately so when we arrived we were surprised to find a car from another state there. I also wasn’t aware that the house DOES NOT HAVE A/C! The temperature reached 100 degrees but house does has a couple fans and gets a really good cross breeze when you open the doors and windows. « The place was clean and ready for us when we got there. The kids enjoyed seeing the farm animals and the farm dog. The house was out away from everything which was nice because it was very quite and peaceful.
