« If I could give it 10 stars I would. The place was immaculate, and the host Maria was extremely compassionate and attentive to all our needs going above and beyond to make our stay great. The location is perfect if you are looking to be closes to Cooperstown and all the attractions. Everything was as pictured and up to date. Check out and check in was simple. It had everything that you would need. You will not be disappointed. I definitely would stay again.Thank you, Maria, for your hospitality....

« Perfect home for a small family vacation…or in my case a vacation to watch my son play at Cooperstown Dreams Park. The house is absolutely as described, the rooms immaculate, with attention to detail…and if you are looking for r & r the location is ideal. I enjoyed sitting out on the farmers porch, watching deer meander on by during the afternoon, and with a glass of wine under the stars at night. There are not shops and restaurants right nearby, but a less than 25 min drive brings you to...

« this rental was excellent ! If i could rate higher. My son and new wife got married at the Fenmore this past weekend. We stayed here- can't say enough how great it was-- very convenient- clean - large enough everyone had their own space. Game room was excellent for my grandchildren to hang in and also the groomsmen while getting ready for the ceremony. We were allowed to arrive early and stay over chek out time!! recommend highly !!!!!! »

« The place was clean and ready for us when we got there. The kids enjoyed seeing the farm animals and the farm dog. The house was out away from everything which was nice because it was very quite and peaceful. We asked to have fire wood so we could have a small fire and it was there, unfortunately we couldn't have a fire just because we eneded up busier than anticipated with our sons family days at suny oneonta. The house was very large and had plenty of room for 7 of us. They had board games and...

« Perfect location for ASV families. We had a quiet week with the luxury of a short drive to the baseball fields. Carol was wonderful to deal with and provided necessary amenities to make our stay very comfortable. Highly recommend and would certainly stay here again. »

« Perfect location for families with kids playing at Dreams Park. We rented this house with 4 other families which worked out well. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. Nice front porch and large backyard space with above ground pool. There are 2 sections to the house and we were split but it worked out just fine. « The location was good. The house has a ton of space. The property was peaceful. I wasn’t aware that the basement was rented out separately so when we arrived we were surprised to find a car from another state there. I also wasn’t aware that the house DOES NOT HAVE A/C! The temperature reached 100 degrees but house does has a couple fans and gets a really good cross breeze when you open the doors and windows. I wish more of windows and the exterior doors had screens has there were quite a few...

« Rabbit Run was everything we were looking for during our stay in Cooperstown. It was spotless, well-appointed, beautifully decorated, spacious, and incredibly cozy and comfortable. Steve and MJ were so kind and welcoming, which made our experience even better. The game room and fishing ponds were a huge hit with my two sons who weren’t playing at Dreams Park, and they provided endless entertainment for the whole family when we weren’t at the fields. « We spent five nights at this amazing property and it is by far one of the most beautiful and serene places we’ve ever stayed. The photos are truly representative of the farm’s many wonderful spaces. Everywhere you look the view is stunning.
