« the stay was nice.. i was a little confused because i thought the one room had a bunk bed with a queen sized bed as bottom bed but know no garbage bags no book with directions on how to get on internet or what was expected to do before we left. There was no number to reach incase of an emergency. the caps on the porch railing kept coming off »

House was much nicer than the photos and more roomy than we anticipated. We enjoyed our stay and didn't want to leave. Hoping to come back next year. »

« My girlfriend and I stayed for the weekend,with 2 other couples. The house was amazing, immaculate and had every possible amenity you could ask for. Highly recommend this place,only a few minutes from the beach,and stores and restaurants. We're thinking of doing it again next year,but probably for a whole week. The hosts were excellent and super easy to contact and very friendly. Overall a fantastic stay! »

« The occasion for our stay was a much anticipated trip to Lily Dale. It was such a delight to return from a busy day to this peaceful and relaxing home. Our host, Charlene, couldn’t have been more lovely. We’re hoping to return with more family! »

« Couldn’t ask for a better location. 15 - 20 min walk to the gate. Parking is included with your stay and you don’t have to fight the traffic. House is dated in areas but you can clearly see the host is making improvements. Fully stocked kitchen with all your basic essentials. Also plenty of cleaning products and disinfectant supplies. Stocked coffer (bar) & free snacks were a nice surprise to find at our arrival. Bathroom had plenty of towels and there is provided shampoo and conditioner....

« We stayed here for a Fredonia State alumni hockey weekend, and the house was great. We had no issues, and the owner was very easy to work with. The pictures of the house are accurate. There was snow on the ground, so we did not utilize the backyard or deck. •Kitchen was fully equipped, and it was easy to prepare meals. •The three bedrooms were spacious and quiet. •The one upstairs bathroom was large and modern.•We used the washer/dryer and had no issues.Note, there is no cable for the TV, but it...
