« This beautiful home was absolutely perfect for our family. Check in was easy and a welcome basket was awaiting our arrival! Everything about the house was warm and welcoming. The house is spotless and fully stocked with every necessary amenity. The beds were comfortable, the front and back porches are fully furnished, the backyard is private, the firepit has seating, and the country store is a wonderful adventure. Sandy is an amazing host. « We were in town for a Bills game. This house was great! Very clean, lots of cool features, nice neighborhood. Stacie was a great host and gave good recommendations and information about the area. Easy check in/out. We walked to the Bills game, so we didn't have to pay for parking (the new stadium will be even closer). It was a great time. Would definitely recommend! »

« We loved it. The place was clean and comfortable. The hosts were great. We left of our dog in there cage while we attended the wedding. The hosts worked great with us, we had a young pup that was a little scared and vocal about it. »

« The apartment was fantastic. The open floor plan of the main living spaces was well furnished, and comfortable, as were the beds and linens. Wish we could have stayed longer! »

« Listing is accurate to description and photos. Farmhouse has been nicely updated. Family of 5, plus 2 grandparents and dog stayed, we all had enough room and enjoyed the house. Was a very clean and neat property, especially for being dog friendly. We had all the amenities we needed. »

« my husband and his sisters (and husband) stayed in this house when we attended a Buffalo wedding. The hotel prices in Buffalo are (strangely) expensive, so finding this place was a great! We were able to relax in the many common areas and outside deck. Nice neighborhood and close to highways. It included all the necessary amenities (even provided coffee pods!). If we were not there for the wedding we would have taken advantage of the grill. thanks again! »

« Very unique stay in a historic property. Our host made check in easy and communicated promptly throughout our reservation. The property was perfect for a wedding weekend where we could hang out together while waiting for events. Several restaurants within walking distance. Our host gave detailed recommendations and provided useful tips and information throughout the house so you didn’t have to guess on anything. By far my best VRBO experience EVER. Would highly recommend. »
