Beautiful, sunny ground floor apartment in a Victorian terraced house. Located close to Totnes Castle and just a few minutes walk away from the market square.

One double bedroom with newly refurbished en-suite bathroom and dressing room/utility room with an airer for drying a small amount of washing, the outside area is not suitable for drying laundry. Linen and towels are provided.

Comfortable, bright and sunny lounge, with television and free wi-fi with a dining area leading to a well appointed kitchen which has a fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.

Outside there is a small area with two chairs and a table.

Furnished and decorated to a high standard throughout.

Totnes has much to offer including some fabulous restaurants, cafe's and bars as well as a superb range of shops, mostly independently run. Elizabethan market is on a Tuesday, Friday is the general market, Saturday the market varies and on the 3rd Sunday of each month is the Food Market.

Close to hand is the beautiful river Dart and many country walks.
Totnes train station is just a couple of minutes walk in the opposite direction to the town.

We love dogs, having one ourself, and your dog is very welcome, however we do expect any dog mess to be cleaned up and disposed of properly. Regrettably we cannot accept a bitch in or about to come into season. We don't allow dogs to be left alone at the property and the charge is £10.00 a night for your furry friend.

Electric vehicles: we do not allow vehicle charging, however in an emergency and with owners specific consent it is possible to run a lead, but there will be an additional cost of £10.00 minimum per charge for doing so, paid directly to the owner. Please advise if you intend to do this.
