« Maison traditionnelle avec un bel espace exterieur très bien aménagé (piscine, coin repas). Situation idéale pour visiter l'ile. Cependant, le village est sans intérêt. Point d'attention sur la climatisation qui n'est pas inclue dans le prix. Si besoin, budget supplementaire à prevoir de 20 euros par jour. Pas forcément nécessaire car ventilateurs à disposition. A noter : qualité de l'accueil par la proprietaire (gâteau offert à notre arrivée) avec entretien de la piscine tout au long du sejour. »

« The villa was superb and exceeded our expectations, very spacious and comfortable with a large outdoor garden and pool area. The nearby town of Santa Margalida is only 10-15 minutes walk away and has a great local feel, away from the tourist crowds. Highly recommended. »

« We’ve had a really enjoyable week at the villa. We were able to get to every part of the island within an hour, be that beaches, harbours or shopping centres. It was really hot 34’c but the villa had great air conditioning and all our devices didn’t stop the internet buffering!! A really enjoyable stay with a friendly owner who couldn’t do enough. »

« Wir haben uns trotz kühlem und wechselhaftem Wetter (Anfang April, wir waren die ersten Gäste dieses Jahr) in dem schönen, rustikalen Haus sehr wohl gefühlt - nicht zuletzt wegen der gut beheizbaren Holzöfen und der Radiatoren im ersten Stock (inclusive). Eine schöne Überraschung war der großzügige, sonnige Garten nach vorne, er ist auf den Bildern gar nicht abgebildet. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und kommt alle paar Tage vorbei um nach dem Rechten zu schauen und die Hühner zu füttern...

« Wonderful house within a 5 minute stroll to the town centre. Fabulous collection of art and objets d'art and so many areas to eat outside and inside. Excellent pool area with fridge, dishwasher and new gas bar b q . We had a fabulous time and would like to thank Juan for looking after us so well. »

« Absolutely loved everything about our stay. Pool is very big for the size of rental property and spotlessly clean. Property was clean and modern and well equipped. Host was welcoming and there were lovely supplies on arrival - wine, cheese, fruit and water. Lots of tea, milk,.coffee filters provided too. Soap, dishwasher tablets, washing machine liquid and toilet paper - unlike most rentals! The area is nice and quiet but close to Campos and Santanyi for supermarkets, restaurants and the coast....
