Lovely cottage beautiful area
We had a lovely stay at Rosemary Cottage Annexe, impeccably clean, very picturesque area, didn't need to use the car much which we loved, got lots of steps in! 20 mins walk to nearby cove with lovely beach cafe, and had a fabulous meal in The Thatched Inn 😍

Fabulous cottage
A beautifully presented cottage in a timeless country village providing everything we could have wanted from a Devon escape. Clean and modern within the cosy thatch and the thick stone walls set in a country lane with easy to reach pubs and amazing scenery all around. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Great Stay
Great stay at Rosemary Cottage. Owner Neil was on hand if you needed anything. Perfect for our 5 days in Devon , visiting for a wedding at Cockington (approx 6 miles away). Really quiet place, well equipped for self catering. Farm next door sold organic eggs, milk etc which was handy. Nice little back garden at the property, with a nice view over the surrounding countryside. Driving was fun with some very small roads and sharp bends!

Fabulous Stay in Quaint Village
The cottage was located in a fabulous village, with a short walk to the Thatched Inn pub and the wonderful cove of Maidencombe which was a hidden gem. Neil our host was so friendly and gave us some great local tips and nothing was to much trouble.

Wunderschöne Urlaubstage
Das Rosemary Cottage Annex ist ein recht kleines und modernes Ferienhaus mit Reetdach. Es ist super eingerichtet und hat alles was man braucht. Nick, der Vermieter, ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und wohnt in der Nachbarschaft. Die Umgebung ist ruhig und traumhaft, das Village, langgestreckt mit engen Sträßchen, hat einen schönen alten Dorfpub und einen Village Store. Es gibt sehr viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten zu Seebädern mit Strand, dem Coast Path, und ins Dartmoor. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Einzig die engen Straßen haben uns manchmal zu schaffen gemacht. Vielen Dank an Nick für das schöne Quartier.

Immaculate, rural cottage.
Neil’s accommodation was perfectly located for us to explore South Devon. The cottage has quality fittings and was absolutely spotless. Although our stay was short Neil was the perfect host, introducing us to Charlie (his cocker spaniel) and showing us around his smallholding to meet his 8 pigs. A memorable stay, many thanks.

Great week in Stokeinteignhead
We had a great week staying at the annexe in Stokeinteignhead. The property is handy for Torquay and most places along the South Devon coast. The property owner, Neil, ably assisted by his cocker spaniel, Charlie, were excellent hosts and provided good suggestions for places to eat. The annexe is small but very clean and has everything you need for a 1 week stay. The roads around the village are very narrow but you get used to them. Would book again when next visiting South Devon.

The cottage annex is small but is an ideal base for visiting Shaldon, Torquay, Babbacombe, Maidencombe etc. You do need a car. You can’t walk very far in safety because of the man road with no footpaths. Be prepared for steep hills wherever you go. The cottage was spotlessly clean with ample facilities and a good bathroom and shower. Parking is available for one car along side the owner’s vehicles. The back garden is a small sectioned off area of grass with nice views of the surrounding countryside. Overall, comfortable and relaxing. We didn’t need to speak to Neil very much but when we did he was helpful and pleasant.

Compact, but perfect fir 2 people. All amenities you could want and a lovely garden to relax. Really peaceful but only 15 mins walk to pub it beautiful, quite beach. It is quite hilly around the area but beautiful. Neil was really friendly and helpful. .

We were made very welcome from start. Our favourite place to visit was shaldon. Went to church inn for meal was really good, only 20 minutes to walk from cottage. Central to a lot of resorts.

Fantastic peaceful cottage
We really enjoyed our stay in the Rosemary Cottage annex, and absolute loved the area. Neil was a very welcoming host, and provided all the information we needed for an easy check-in and plenty of great recommendations to help us enjoy our time in the area. The village is very peaceful and relaxing, but with plenty to do within walking distance (if you're feeling fit that is, some of the roads are quite steep!). Thank you Neil for a fantastic stay, we hope to return again in the future.

Pretty cottage in lovely rural location
We were very pleased with our stay in this cosy little house. It is ideally situated in a pretty village with easy access to the coastal path and all the attractions of Torbay. Warm countryside retreat
This small but perfectly formed Cottage is ideally situated, with good parking, in lovely countryside, close to beaches, good country pubs yet only a few miles from both the towns of Teignmouth and Torquay. We kept very warm and cozy on what was unfortunately a Very wet and windy Weekend. We could not fault our accommodation; the owner was friendly and approachable, and made sure the cottage was warm and the lit up to welcome us as he noticed we had not arrived and was getting dark. Would recommend a stay here.

The annexe was very clean and tidy. Just as advertised. Very cosy with all the amenities we required. Our only negative was that the bed was a little small. Neil met us on day one to make sure we were settled in ok. The location is great with a healthy walk to the local pubs, which do good food. Overall, an excellent experience. Thanks, Neill.
