« Charming comfortable house with good views. Good mattresses, very clean everywhere. Lorraine, who looks after the house couldn’t have been kinder. 2 minute walk from the harbour which is wonderful. Lovely shops with sociable staff (Moore’s and the newsagents very handy for a range of fruit, veg etc etc). Only downsides for us (with 92 year old mum) was that stairs to lower ground floor are steep and narrow. Also we had trouble regulating the hi tech radiators, to reduce the temperature. This...

« A perfect property for two persons wanting to relax in a peaceful environment with plenty of local walking options, and a great view of the river from the breakfast area and outdoor terrace. You can waste hours just sitting and watching the ebb and flow of the tide! Great food at the local pub which is about 30 seconds walk away! »

« Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans cette jolie petite maison. La vue depuis la véranda et le jardin est magnifique et l’environnement très calme. Les propriétaires sont juste à côté et très discrets. La maison est bien équipée et très confortable. A pied on peut accéder à des balades magnifiques , et la mer n’est pas loin en voiture. Aucune hésitation : nous recommandons à 100% d’y aller ! »

« Sandpipers is a beautiful place to stay. It was neat and clean and had everything we needed. It is over 3 levels and the stairs are quite steep. The cottage is very central in the village. Peter sent clear instructions re getting the key and arranged a parking spot for the car. It was about 5-20 mins walk to the parking area.Looe is a very quaint fishing village with lots of interesting shops and a beautiful little harbour. We only wish we could have stayed longer! »

« A beautiful little cottage, which was really well equipped, we had everything we could need, especially as the weather wasn’t kind ! A lovely hamper to greet us with homemade DELICIOUS jam; and even treats for our dogs… Lesley and James are close by should you need anything & they even helped us out with a pot of sugar that we’d forgotten… Polperro is a MUST visit nearby, beautiful little fishing village with some lovely shops and restaurants…. Bodmin prison also worth a visit our friends...

« We had a wonderful time at East Soar farm. The kids enjoyed being surrounded by the animals and we did the splendid walk to Salcombe Beach and back. The apartment has just what you need in order to cook, sleep and shower and was very clean upon arrival. We felt very welcome and well taken care off. »

« The house has a view of the River Fowey from the living room and the MBR! The house is beautifully furnished and decorated with COMFORTABLE couches and beds. We slept like babies here! It is at the end of the little town of Fowey near the car park ( very convenient if you have a car). Being in Fowey is like going back in time.. it is beautiful, with only one tiny one way street. No car noises! Wonderful restaurants, shops, grocery stores nearby for cooking at the house in the lovely kitchen....

« We genuinely cannot recommend this cottage enough. It is a beautiful property, with stunning gardens. The house was spotless and had everything you could need. It's much bigger in real life than it seems in the photos and felt very spacious for four of us. The hosts are very friendly, helpful and went out of their way to ensure we had a comfortable stay. We are so grateful to have found this property last minute - it really is a gem. Absolutely will be coming back!!!! »

We really E njoyed the “Lost Gardens of Heligan” and Charlestown which are conveniently located near the cottage, and the coastal walks with spectacular views at Kynance Cove. « 2 Fish Cellars certainly lived up to expectations, everything was just so, enjoyed it immensely, even had a go in the Hot Tub! The views are amazing and we were so lucky with the November weather. However even if it had rained non stop, you could just drink in the views. Certainly will be returning. »

« Wonderfully place with a spectacular view on the bay. Very clean, all needed furniture and very large terrace, enough covered to take an aperitif under the rain. Perfect for a couple No specific parking for the apartment but as a city's inhabitants, we are never afraid of finding a parking place in the evening 😉 »
