It was nice for one night, the shuttle to the airport was perfect. Free parking free shuttle and free breakfast. A lot of restaurants close by. Staffs was nice.

nous avons du attendre la navette pendant plus d'une heure a l'aéroport. nous avons fini par prendre un Uber malgré 2 appels logés a l'hotel. le lendemain matin, la navette que nous avions réservée est partie sans nous. on devait avoir une boite a lunch déjeuner pour apporter, on nous a répondu bêtement: le coin déjeuner est ouvert, juste a vous servir. C'était notre derniere visite a cet endroit.

The smell in room. It definitely was a smoking room and on the reservation says non smoking room. It was late and we just had a 6 hours of sleep so we didn’t have the time to go request another room…. Now all our clothes smell cigarettes for the rest of our trip. Not impressed!

We appreciated the service. Everyone was helpful and smiling. The down side was the sofa where my son slept. It was broken, the springs were dangling.

La chambre était propre, mais présence de tâches de dégâts d'eau au plafond...la nourriture pour le dejeuner etait bonne. Plusieurs choix pour le dejeuner donc machine pour faire des gauffres 😊

1- eau s'écoula constamment à la base du bain. 2- Aucune eau froide au robinet du bain/douche. Uniquement de l’eau chaude, très très chaude même à ajustant son robinet au plus bas niveau. ll semble que le plombier a aussi raccorder l’eau chaude au conduit d’entrée d’eau froide, Résultat uniquement de l’eau chaude même sur l’indication que c’était de l’eau froide . Très déplaisant pour la douche.

Here we booked at this hotel in order to drop off for a few hours and shower during our stopover between our two flights, overall it was good apart from the cleanliness of the bathroom. As soon as we arrived we noticed that there were a lot of hairs on the bathroom floor, but really a lot. It was obvious that neither the vacuum nor the broom had been swept in this room. Several of the beverage dispensers were not yet functional but it would have been a little extra since we could not take advantage of the included lunch because we had to leave very early before the kitchen opened.

Séjour d'une nuit à l'arrivée à Toronto près de l'aéroport. Bon rapport qualité / prix. Petit-déjeuner un peu léger. Grosse déception pour la navette aéroport. Après plusieurs appels de l'aéroport à l'hôtel après immigration, attente de plus de 1h20 pour la navette et finalement taxi pris et payé, alors que l'hôtel n'est qu'à quelques miles de l'aéroport

Il faut faire la différence entre l’hotel (sur airport road) et le motel (sur Ambler). Nous l’avions choisi pour les déjeuners inclus. Seulement, la navette de l’aeroport passe aux heures donc, si on la manque c’est très long attendre. Arrivés au motel, les tapis de passage sentent l’humidité et la cigarette. Dans notre chambre nos souliers collaient aux planchers flottants. Dans la salle de bain, il y avait des champignons derrière la toilette et le rideau de douche nous colle sur la peau pendant la douche et il ne se fermait pas au complet justement derrière la toilette. Par contre, le lit était confortable, le déjeuner était ok et les employés courtois. Pour la navette de retour, c’était aussi à l’heure.

This hotel is in need of renovation, there is smell of moisture and cigarette everywere in the hotel. when you ask for something its always broken. no ice machine, no washer and dryer. For the price i dot not recommend.

Parfait pour dormir et déjeuner. Malheureusement, notre chambre n’était pas rénovée donc avait du vieux tapis et de vieux rideaux! Le tapis dans les corridors est vraiment à changer aussi ! Le lit était confortable et nous avions une douche rénovée. Bref pour le prix payé, nous sommes satisfaites

L'hotel a besoin d'un peux d'amour.. notre sale de bain "rénové" avec un bain et un lavabo qui ce vide a moitier.. pas cool avoir de l'eau au par dessus les pieds dans la douche, la fan de douche = hélicoptère. Et la chambre etait tres humide.. meme avec la climatisation ( désuet)

Nous avions arrivé tard, personnel ne parlant pas francais du tout. Nous donne les clés et ces tout. Situé au 2ieme la chambre terriblement chaud air climatisé n’était pas allumé. Salle de bain ok! Les tuyaux on de la difficulté a évacuer l’eau. Le drain de la douche degeulase fait longtemps qui n’a pas été nettoyé. Déjeuner….. capacité pleins plus aucune table. Jus orange dilué dans l’eau gout que l’eau…
