Bonjour Eugène, nous sommes désolés pour tout le désagrément. Notre personnel de la réception essaie de parler doucement afin que votre numéro de chambre ou d'autres informations sensibles ne soient pas entendus par d'autres personnes dans le hall pour des raisons de sécurité. Le parking n'appartient pas à l'hôtel, il appartient au centre commercial et c'est pourquoi il y a des frais de stationnement. Les clés de la chambre sont désactivées si vous les gardez à proximité de votre téléphone ou d'autres appareils.
