Nous avons séjourné en famille dans ce novotel nous avons ete accueilli par une jeune femme qui parlait tres vite en anglais du mal a lui faire comprendre quil fallait parler doucement... parking payant ... cartes se demagnetisent facilement oblige de passer par l accueil ... chambre pas terrible beaucoup de choses a revoir ( photos a l appui ) puis on nous annonce que le ménage sera fait un jour sur deux ... et au moment du départ on nous a glisse la facture sous la porte comme ca meme pas dans une enveloppe... quel manque de courtoisie et de gout ... je ne recommande pas

Bonjour Eugène, nous sommes désolés pour tout le désagrément. Notre personnel de la réception essaie de parler doucement afin que votre numéro de chambre ou d'autres informations sensibles ne soient pas entendus par d'autres personnes dans le hall pour des raisons de sécurité. Le parking n'appartient pas à l'hôtel, il appartient au centre commercial et c'est pourquoi il y a des frais de stationnement. Les clés de la chambre sont désactivées si vous les gardez à proximité de votre téléphone ou d'autres appareils. L'hôtel est très bien situé, à proximité de la ligne 1 du métro, par laquelle on peut aller presque partout. le seul petit bémol que je relève est l'absence de renouvellement d'eau à boire dans la chambre. Pour le prix qu'on paye, il me semble que ce serait la moindre chose d'avoir de l'eau dans la chambre tous les jours du séjour.

Nous avons réservé 2 nuits à cet hôtel à 400$ par nuit. Jamais on ne nous a avertis que le ménage ne serait pas fait à tous les jours. En plus, nous avions une chambre Premium. Le matin après la première nuit, nous avons mis nos serviettes mouillées dans le bain dans l'espoir qu'elles seraient remplacées. En revenant tard le soir, la chambre n'avait pas été nettoyée et les serviettes pas remplacées. Je suis descendu au lobby et on m'a informé que le ménage n'était qu'aux 2 jours. J'ai alors demandé des serviettes de remplacement et il n'y en avait plus! On m'a donné 2 tapis de bain à la place pour me dépanner... Le matin de notre départ, le service de ménage est entré dans la chambre à 11h00 alors que le checkout était à midi pour nous dire de quitter. Pour un hotel à 800$ pour la fin de semaine, parking non-inclus, je suis très déçu.

Nous sommes arrivés vers 22h00 le soir et ils nous ont donné la seule chambre qui restait selon ce que l'ont m'a dit. C'était une chambre pour client handicapé. Je n'ai absoluement rien contre les handicapés, même mon père l'est. C'était une chambre adaptée, très petite et la douche ne fonctionnait pas très bien. L'eau coulait sur le plancher de la salle de bain au complet suite à une douche, alors nous avions les pieds constamment mouillés. Service à l'entrée très ordinaire et la propreté de l'établissement laisse vraiment à désirer. Je n'y retournerai pas, c'est certain!

Nous avons vraiment aimé notre séjour, c’est un très bel hôtel c’était très propre. Le lit était confortable et nous étions proche de beaucoup de restaurants et de magasins. Par contre, l’air climatisé était allumé beaucoup trop fort dans les couloirs, nous avons eu froid la première nuit de notre séjour même malgré qu’on avait nos couvertures, mais sinon nous avons bien profité de notre séjour .

Bien situé près du métro dans un environnement calme et plusieurs restos et épiceries. Chambre propre et service parfait. La toilette coulait à notre arrivée. Nous avons été déplacé rapidement.

Je n'ai rien apprécié de cet établissement puisque je n'y ai même pas séjourné. L'accueille était médiocre et digne des films d'horreur. J'ai été entièrement remboursé une fois arrivé sur les lieux. impossible de prendre possession de ma chambre. Les détails très très de ce fiasco seront publié en lieu et place pour informer les autres clients qui désirent s'y aventuriers.
