Une belle grande chambre très propre. Le personelle est super sympathique et la piscine est superbe et super grande. Une escale de dernière minute qui c'est avéré une belle surprise !!!

Nous partons de Matagami, 178 Km au nord d'Amos, pour le mariage de ma fille Solange à Newmarket. Ma fille Nancy, qui demeure à Landrienne, près d'Amos, a l'habitude de réserver chez-vous quand elle va visiter sa soeur Solange. Elle y va avec son conjoint et leur 4 enfants. Très propre, il ne faut pas se fier aux étoiles qui lui sont attribués car c'est bien mieux que ça. Super personnel! Un jeune homme de l'hôtel nous as même proposé des raquettes de tennis et nous avons jouer dans le court de tennis de l'hôtel. Belle piscine et spa également.

This property is a great value. I stayed over night as I had an event in the area. I wasn’t sure what to expect for such a low cost but the service was wonderful both at check in and check out. The room was large and clean. The only thing was that the secondary lock was missing from the door ( the one that is usually a latch) but I felt completely safe and had no issues. I didn’ t use the pool but walked by it and it looked clean and inviting. I would recommend this as an economical place to spend the night.

Beware of bed bugs I’ve had a very bad experience staying in this hotel as they have successfully managed to ruin my vacation. Booked for 8 nights however I had to leave after only two nights because of bed bugs. After I complained to the hotel manager, they have done their own investigation and they said they found 1 bed bug which I very much doubt because I was bitten in over 50 places all over my body. I had to consult a doctor and was prescribed antibiotics and cream and because I’m not a Canadian citizen I had to pay a private doctor fee which the hotel management refused to reimburse me for it despite emailing them a photos of the receipts and proof of the bug bites. In fact they have completely ignored my emails and not even replied to me. They did arrange for full refund when I told them on the second day that I want to cancel my booking. My advice is to stay well away from this place.

Hello Sahir, Thank you for sharing your story. We were looking for your reservation in our system, however, I could not find it. Are you sure you stayed at Newmarket Inn. We also have Newmarket Suites in Newmarket. As far as we are concern we do not have bed bugs, however it is a serious accusation that we need to take seriously.As for the emails that we have not responded to, we can not find any emails sent to Newmarket Inn with receipts, requesting a refund. To be honest the whole thing is puzzling . We are pride ourselves on excellent customer service. We hope all of it, it's just a misunderstanding.

Recently had family move up there, since I travel from Windsor, I needed a new place to stay with her move, Newmarket Inn was a great choice( as I choose online) I was very pleased with service, room and oj and muffin for breakfast on the road. Looking forward to many more stays with them.

Staff were friendly. The breakfast was not what was expected: Juice, muffin & nutrigrain bar in a paper bag. There is a breakfast area with a toaster, fridge, etc but not set up. Property should advertise breakfast as “muffin & juice” in order to manage expectations.

Had a great rate and was clean/ comfy beds. The continental breakfast consisted of an orange juice and pre-packaged muffin in a brown bag to go, so I was disappointed in this as I wouldn’t consider that a “breakfast” we ended up having to go out and get coffee/ breakfast adding to our over all expense and the cable was choppy on almost all the channels. Over all stay was pleasant and would use this hotel again

This was a very clean, well kept hotel. Knowing it’s an older establishment, it’s kept in very good condition. The front desk clerk was very hospitable, and I slept very well, which I wondered about being so close to the highway. No problem. Thanks!

It served its purpose, good for the price. This time we got a room above the pool, which is more updated than the the rooms on the ground floor. I prefer having the more updated room, even though it doesn’t have a kitchen since we only stayed 1 night. Also nice to have indoor access to the pool.

Hello Zhane,The hotel is in the country and sometimes we see flies getting through the mesh, however, we checked your room after your departure and we did not find anything.So sorry for your experience.
