« Horrible, disgusting breakfast. Had better at best western last week. The operations manager woke me up at 7am knocking on my door trying to check someone in (at 7am why? Who knows) i didnt get to use the room for 78 hours before i was woken up and told i was given someone elses room last night, again not my problem ehy wake me up. No one in the hotel had business cards as they claimed they just switched managers (office depot is same day) . In the process of getting my money back »

« Chambre neuve et belle mais sombre. Peu de lumiere. La clime ne peut pas s'éteindre et elle était tres bruyante. Difficile à dormir. Environnement et atmosphere de l'entré et du petit déjeuner moyen mais propre. Personnes serviable et correct except le language d'un des receptionists envers d'autres assez choquant. »

« Clean rooms and comfy bed! The staff was friendly and Serenity was extremely efficient and helpful! The hotel itself is in a great location that’s safe and with lots of walkable places to eat, mingle, and be active. The decor in the hotel was beautiful! The bar area was comfy too! We didn’t use the pool but it was nicely set up and decorated with bold bright colors! The coffee was available without charge but it wasn’t that good. »

« A/C was TERRIBLE!!! States it was 60 in the room but it was terribly hot. Miserable sleep. Beds not comfortable at all. Cheap mattresses. You would think all hotels would have at least comfortable beds by now. Thankfully I was able to open the window and it was mid 60s overnight so we were able to get some cool air in and finally sleep. Lady up front was not likeable. Nothing intentional just a rude older lady. Strong attitude when my youngest wanted a cover for the sleeper couch. Last thing I...

« There was a disgusting spill just outside the elevator on our floor that talked down the hall. We told the front desk. The young woman said she would clean it up (she didn't) like she was the only person working. Same next morning when we checked out. The mess was still there which we mentioned as we checked out.... »

« I am not sure why Expedia recommended this hotel. My stay was comfortable but nothing to write home about. The reception was cold and uninviting. The room was blah. The biggest turnoff was that there was no coffee to make in the room. The breakfast was bland and unappealing. I would think twice before staying here again. »
