« Horrible, disgusting breakfast. Had better at best western last week. The operations manager woke me up at 7am knocking on my door trying to check someone in (at 7am why? Who knows) i didnt get to use the room for 78 hours before i was woken up and told i was given someone elses room last night, again not my problem ehy wake me up. No one in the hotel had business cards as they claimed they just switched managers (office depot is same day) . In the process of getting my money back »

« When we checked in Joy did an amazing job. I had already checked in online and she had everything ready. The room and bathroom were both very clean! 10/10 I would recommend staying here! »

« Chambre neuve et belle mais sombre. Peu de lumiere. La clime ne peut pas s'éteindre et elle était tres bruyante. Difficile à dormir. Environnement et atmosphere de l'entré et du petit déjeuner moyen mais propre. Personnes serviable et correct except le language d'un des receptionists envers d'autres assez choquant. »

« Rooms were not clean, had visible water damage, bathroom had visible mold in bath tub and around the bathtub, floor was not even, even the nonsmoking rooms smelled of smoke, front lobby and elevators smelt horrible. They were right next to a bar, which whad some questionable characters hanging around outside. They were doing work on the outside of the hotel, right in front of our room, at 8pm at night. »

« Dirty hotel, there is stain on the carpet everywhere. There was blood stains on the bedsheet and the toilette. I will not recommend this hotel. The room service doesn’t do the cleaning daily… I felt so discussed staying at this hotel it’s my first and last time staying at this hotel »

« A/C was TERRIBLE!!! States it was 60 in the room but it was terribly hot. Miserable sleep. Beds not comfortable at all. Cheap mattresses. You would think all hotels would have at least comfortable beds by now. Thankfully I was able to open the window and it was mid 60s overnight so we were able to get some cool air in and finally sleep. Lady up front was not likeable. Nothing intentional just a rude older lady. Strong attitude when my youngest wanted a cover for the sleeper couch. Last thing I...
