A great surprise was a large hamper full of goodies and presents under the tree and essentials in the fridge. The rooms were clean and the hosts very friendly.The dogs enjoyed the coastal walks and the youngsters made the most of the pool table and video games. »

« The property was exactly as described. We were a family of 10 with 6 additional family members joining for the odd night during the week. There was ample room for everybody. The house is beautifully appointed with all the basics we needed. We would love to return one day. The pool was a huge success with the children. The local pub is an easy walk. The small pretty beach and coastal walk are only slightly further on but they are a more strenuous walk due to the steps and hills required to access...

« The property was fabulous, quite easy to find. We did have trouble with the locks on arrival but soon sorted this out. The property has everything you need for a holiday plus extras. Shops easy to access and we had several barbeques which we are unable to do at home due to living in a city centre apartment. « Excellent property with wonderful views from living room and two of the bedrooms. A little out of town, but there is parking (for two vehicles (at a piinch) and it is on a bus route - the hourly 17 bus goes past the door. »

« Very clean and a great view of Brixham harbour from the terrace and main bedroom! A lovely touch of Devon cream tea waiting for us on arrival and milk in the fridge. The wood burner was warm and cosy after a hilly March walk! Thank you! We had an amazing weekend! The roads are very small in Brixham and it can be difficult to drive to the property, however there are shortcut steps down to the town and parking on a driveway on a nearby road. Would definitely visit again! »

« We had a lovely stay. The house was very spacious and had nice facilities. Although, we didn't have enough toilet roll and we did have damp on the ceiling in the upstairs bathroom and the mirror light wasn't working. The location was good as it was near to the pier, harbor (where we did a boat ride), beach and nice restaurants. We also visted the fun fair. We were able to do a few activities around this location and able to explore other places too. Overall, we all had a lovely time. »
