« Lovely house, 15 minutes walk to beach, lots of nice touches like games, tea and coffee, condiments, did not use the rooftop as we had younger children and it did not feel too safe but that is just our preference, would recommend »

A great surprise was a large hamper full of goodies and presents under the tree and essentials in the fridge. « Location perfect. Parking near by works well. In general the place is well equipped and ok condition. Unfortunately, the place was filthy. I’ve read other reviews and I wasn’t fussed about the sofas etc. However the place has not had a proper clean for a long time. « The property was fabulous, quite easy to find. We did have trouble with the locks on arrival but soon sorted this out. The property has everything you need for a holiday plus extras. Shops easy to access and we had several barbeques which we are unable to do at home due to living in a city centre apartment. « WOW! What an amazing property and experience. Our beach vacation was in the middle of winter, but this home made it feel special and cozy. The view is beautiful, and the home and host absolutely nailed the details. « We had a fantastic week at No 11. The house is beautifully and comfortably furnished and in a great location to enjoy the views over the harbour and to walk into the town/ to the waterfront. We loved sitting on the front terrace in the evening sun and watching the world go by. Brixham is a great place to stay and we did not use the car all week- walking to nearby beaches/ coves/ towns and using the local cheap and regular bus service.
