The property is set in the most beautiful private grounds and the house, modern, spacious and renovated to an incredibly high standard but still comfortable enough to feel relaxed in. We go away every year as a multigenerational family and this is one of the best properties we have stayed in. »

« Tea cups and teapot badly stained sugar full of dried lumps toaster only 2 out 4worked iron cable threadbare asked to remove shoes when entering house floors very sticky patio door only opened one side would have thought a dishwasher was essential in what was suppose to be a luxury house spoke to angus and some woman was shouting in the background he said i was very rude and if i did'nt like it pack my bags and get out then slamed the phone down was not very impressed we 've been coming to...

« We enjoyed our holiday. Location fabulous. Apartment reasonably clean except for seagull droppings on two places on the glass screen on the balcony, these were dried on and obviously must have been there at the last clean, should have been removed. We had to buy some cleaning cloths to remove them. »

« The property was exactly as described. We were a family of 10 with 6 additional family members joining for the odd night during the week. There was ample room for everybody. The house is beautifully appointed with all the basics we needed. We would love to return one day. The pool was a huge success with the children. The local pub is an easy walk. The small pretty beach and coastal walk are only slightly further on but they are a more strenuous walk due to the steps and hills required to access...

« Absolutely blown away with our stay. The cottage is just amazing and extremely well thought out . We received a welcoming package even milk in the fridge for when we first arrived. The bedrooms are beautiful and so well thought out , especially dressing table areas so you can do hair/ makeup easily.especially love the patio area too. The kitchen is immaculate with every thing you could ever need. Would definitely recommend and will hopefully be looking to stay again . Amazing stay. »

« Just got back from a long weekend at the lookout in brixham .. it’s a beautiful house with all you need . Very clean and a great location .. not even storm Bert could ruin our break away … will definitely be stopping here again .. highly recommend »

« We had a lovely stay. The house was very spacious and had nice facilities. Although, we didn't have enough toilet roll and we did have damp on the ceiling in the upstairs bathroom and the mirror light wasn't working. The location was good as it was near to the pier, harbor (where we did a boat ride), beach and nice restaurants. We also visted the fun fair. We were able to do a few activities around this location and able to explore other places too. Overall, we all had a lovely time. »

« Very clean and a great view of Brixham harbour from the terrace and main bedroom! A lovely touch of Devon cream tea waiting for us on arrival and milk in the fridge. The wood burner was warm and cosy after a hilly March walk! Thank you! We had an amazing weekend! The roads are very small in Brixham and it can be difficult to drive to the property, however there are shortcut steps down to the town and parking on a driveway on a nearby road. Would definitely visit again! »

« I was emailed details of my check-in and directions to the chalet prior to our arrival, which resulted in a stress free start to our holiday. The chalet is well equipped with everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable including a folder from the host with useful information about the facilities on the site.We would definitely stay here again. »
