« I made the booking via Hotel.com and 5 hours after I paid I had an email that I had to pay a £50 mandatory fee for facilities passes at the park. I questioned this as nothing was stated via booking and the price stated was the final price I paid. I had emails from a 3rd party called travelnest and also getting emails from someone asking for £50. The whole booking was a mess. Eventually I spoke to the host and he kept saying its written in the description of this extra charge when I never saw it,...

« We enjoyed our stay at Bay Cottage as it was well equipped and clean. Great location as we were able to walk into town and to the waterfront, lot's of nice shops and restaurants. The outside terrace was beautiful with amazing views. Beds were very comfortable and the cottage was clean. The garage was great but somewhat difficult to access due to the narrow streets, luckily on street parking was available. »
