« We were here for a quick one night stay, arrived late so were bummed we did not have more time to enjoy the space. There were only two of us but this would be a really fun and easy place for a family or two to stay. Very convenient, comfortable living spaces, games, TV’s, kitchen, and bathrooms, everything you could need. Charming old house with the quirks we are used to as we also have an old house. Yard looked nice too. Very convenient location and responsive host. Thank you! »

« We had an amazing stay here! The house had more than expected as far as extras! We way over packed thinking we would need to bring our own extras! Plenty of dishes and cookware for any cooking that we did. Great place to relax. The hottub was amazing in the evenings! Great communication from host at Check in and Check out. Hope to be back again soon! »

« We had a several day event at the Topeka Capitol building. The house fit our needs well. It was clean and had good parking for 2 possibly 3 cars in driveway. The beds were comfortable and towels soft. »

« It was close to our destination, that was great. The road noise was a little much from 1-70. But got use to it along with the rail traffic. If you want absolute quiet, don't stay here. »

« Clean and spacious two bedroom, two bathroom suite accomodated our family needs perfectly for two nights. It also had a full kitchen and washer/dryer for stays of longer duration. Located right next to Washburn University. The cafe in the bottom of the building had friendly service and a great breakfast. The bedroom closest to the street had some street noise, but pretty quiet through most of the night. »

« We were very impressed with the property! Great beds, beautiful scenery, close to town while still being private. The house is beautifully done and very comfortable. We are now looking for other things to do in the Topeka area. Thanks for a wonderful place to stay »
