The night I checked in, at 10pm, for my pre-paid 4 night stay I somehow had misplaced my credit card during the trip from Dallas to be used for "incidentals" and didn't have it with me. « My credit card was charged despite prepaying. In reviewing the folio emailed to me after checkout, they charged taxes which were already paid and documented as such on my initial booking receipt. There were no incidentals charged to the room, just a billing error on their part. When I contacted the property to resolve the overpayment/double charge, I was told they had a new system and the issue would need to be escalated to the manager. « The bed was very comfortable. The room as well. Bathroom very clean and efficient. Breakfast was decent. Good coffee machines. Could have had a carton or half and half dispenser instead of just Coffee Mate. We would stay again. »
