Bon établissement. Le restaurant au 27 avec la vue sur la gare offre des repas raffinés mais par contre , il faut y aller de bonne heure ~18:00 si vous désirez avoir le temps de déguster le tout car la cuisine ferme tôt. A 20:00 nous étions les derniers clients du restaurant et sentions qu’on devait finir notre bouteille de vin que nous avions commander à 19:15 peu après notre arrivée à la table. C’est le seul bémol qui nécessite un peu d’ajustement de notre part. Autrement, nous avons adoré.

Excellente situation près de la gare Tokyo station. Très bon buffet pour le petit déjeuner si on a le temps. Chambre petite mais surtout quasiment "aveugle"

Great location for Tokyo Station, easy access to Shinkansen and hundreds of shops. Service excellent. Bar & restaurant were closed when we checked in at 9.30pm so went across the square to the Shangri-La, but could just as easily have gone back into the station.

Amazing view of the city, courteous and friendly staff. Breakfast buffet was average. The best part is that it’s right next to the train station! The price is not bad for what you get. The room is small and the bathroom needs an update

The building reception is hard to find the elevator to get to it. The remote is hard to navigate and the channels are not catered to foreigners. Nothing to watch at night. The room is a little small but the staff is very friendly and welcoming.

Beautiful hotel! We had an amazing view from our room. Biggest room we had in Japan. You can’t beat the convenience as it’s attached to Tokyo station!

Simply a great hotel, not to be confused with the Marunouchi hotel which we also stayed at. It is right above the station, great views since guest rooms start at floor 27 onwards. They even give you a brochure in the room to detail all the buildings in your room view. Absolutely beautiful hotel tbh. Everything else is fairly standard, lovely japanese amenities and super helpful and friendly staff.

Easy access to Tokyo station. Room is a bit cramped compared to another hotel we stayed in Asakusa. Not so welcoming as I saw other customers being greeted personally on walking in to the lobby by reception staff. Maybe because I was on holiday and had family that I wasn’t very welcome in a business hotel.

I guess the only thing I would like to comment on is the size of the room. It definitely is much smaller comparing to what you see on the website. With that said…. everything is very clean and you definitely have everything you need for comfortable stay. Only in miniature….:)

Somewhat hard to find. It's in Sapia tower on the 27th floor. But not much signage at the bottom. Took a while to figure out!

Staff was friendly and very helpful. Rooms clean, however a bit small. You could only open one luggage at a time, but small rooms seem to be common in Japan.

My wife and I stayed at this property for 7 days and we enjoyed every minute of our stay. The front desk staff were superb. Helpful in every way. The room was clean and well designed. Small, but it's Tokyo, so that was expected. Coin laundry was available on the same floor as the reception area. The restaurant buffet breakfast wasn't worth the price. I would pass on it. Airport shuttle bus drop off is around the corner. Shopping/restaurants are a quick walk right out the front door. We had a great stay.
