Idéalement placé proche du très central métro Shinjuku, et donc rapidement accessible depuis l'aéroport de Haneda, cet hôtel avec ses petites chambres fonctionnelles est un choix parfait pour passer quelques jours à découvrir Tokyo. Le personnel est absolument charmant et très serviable, la communication est très facile avec eux. J'y ai tellement apprécié mon séjour que j'y suis retourné après mon passage à Kyoto que j'ai intercalé entre deux périodes à Tokyo.

L'hôtel est bien situé pour se rendre au Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building (pour l'observatoire et le spectacle des jeux de lumières sur la façade du bâtiment la nuit). La chambre est finalement plus grande que ce que nous pensions. Le personnel est sympathique. Le petit déjeuner offert est basique mais dépanne bien. Le seul problème, c'est que nous avons eu beaucoup de mal à trouver l'hôtel car les explications données par mail n'étaient pas tout à fait exactes et la gare de Shinjuku est tellement immense que nous nous sommes "perdus "... Heureusement, plusieurs Japonais sympas nous ont aidés.

Convenient location, it can be noisy during the night but it is Shinjuku, I suppose that is a problem in the area, busy all the time. The hotel is modern and they have free coffee and croissants in the morning.

On the first night after a 11 hour flight there was a huge music event taking place on the ground floor that literally shook all items in my 4th floor room and vibrated my brain. I love dance music and normally the louder the better but this was horrific. Front desk apologised and said that it was a once in a year event. Other than that the hotel was great and I’d certainly recommend it and stay there again. Staff were great and the rooms were totally adequate. 👍

This place was super easy to find. It’s walking distance from a huge train hub for convenient access. There’s a number of bars, restaurants, and convenience stores nearby. It’s also extremely close to the main portion of Shinjuku. My only concern was when we arrived on Saturday night and the bar attached to the hotel had a DJ playing music from 1500 until at least 2300. The music was so loud, it was shaking the floor on our third story room. But we asked the front desk staff if we could change rooms and they allowed us to move with no issues or extra fees. Overall a good stay for a good price.

WPU was at first a little difficult to find. Hotel was really nice. Room was comfortable. Close by restaurants and the train station. Very clean.

Good location, staff were generally quite helpful and had a working command of english. Room space was somewhat tight but to be expected as it's Tokyo after all. They did do a relatively good job in designing the toilet to make the most of the restricted space though. I liked how you could pick up the amenities you require from the front desk, which helps to ensure a more comfortable stay. What I thought could be improved was their unwillingness to offer free early check-in even if there are rooms available - it's strictly payable.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They speak fluent english as well. The hotel itself is pretty clean, modern, and blocks away from Kabukicho and the JR Shinjuku station. Across the street is the Oedo line Subway station which is very convienent. The area itself has a variety of dining options.

We had a perfect stay at WPU Shinjuku. The location was great for access to the trains. It was nice to have kitchen facilities so that we could pick up food and eat it in the kitchen at the hotel. The only negatives were that we could hear our neighbours. The star of the stay was by far, the staff. They were so friendly and helpful and fun!

Great location. Good front desk staff. However there are some sort of smell when you enter the lobby and the room is dark. The step to bathroom is very large.

Room was perfect for my needs. Conveniently close to Shinjuku Station with lots of food and nightlife activities to choose from. Friendly staff and clean. Will definitely stay here again if Im in the area.
