Review as traveling single parent with two toddlers.
Pros: Amazing location! Close to haneda airport. Walking distance from two department stores and omori station. Lots of space for a small family and luggage. Cute little playground right outside of apartment. The in unit washer and dryer was a life saver. We stayed here comfortably for a week. Internet was good and was able to use our Netflix on tv. We mostly used the microwave and toaster oven for department/convenience meals and we had plenty of dishes. Also was enough basic necessities like cleaning supplies and toliet paper to last us the week. I only had to replace washing detergent and batteries but its very cheap at seiyu.
Cons: we flew in from narita so it did take awhile to get there. Check in was a bit confusing but it probably was just more user error since we arrived late at night and i had two toddlers melting down. Im sure its normal Japanese building elevators but I was a bit nervous using them. You do hear everything between the floors so I hope we didnt bug the neighbors too much with my toddlers heavy feet and dryer going at night.
All in all it was the exact type of place i love booking it was just differnet with two kids. It had a very local feel to it while still having all the shopping and exploration i wanted. Would definitely recommend this to friends and family
