Merveilleux séjour! Belles chambres propres, spacieuses Commodités super Bien placé mais le quartier est complètement mort à 19:00. J’y retournerais c’est certain! Instructions en japonais complique un peu l’utilisation des manettes et de la laveuse mais une chance il y a Google traduction!

We spend 4 nights in this place and feel comfortable with it. It is not far from Ueno Station. It takes only 10 minute walk from Iriya Station and seems to be a safe and quiet place to live during the vacation. The room was bigger than we expected, everything was ready and clean (-:

値段の割には必要最小限の物は揃っていて良かった。家族5人(大人2子供3)でギリギリかな。総合的には満足してます。交通の便は良くないかな。タイミング良くない前面道路にタクシーが来てくれたので良かったけど。

Wasn't made clear at booking that this is an *unstaffed* location, meaning they cannot offer amenities like luggage shipping and receiving, calling taxis, or suggesting local activities. All interaction with staff is done through remote video calling, email, or text. They also do not have smaller amenities typically offered at other hotels, like slippers, free water, and pajamas. They only offer free cleaning after 6 nights, which means you have to request fresh towels and arrange for them to take your trash out on your own. The kitchen in our room wasn't cleaned properly, with grease stains on the walls and dirty dishes that I had to clean before we could use.

部屋は綺麗にしてありましたが、 洗濯機や掃除機はゴミがそのまま入ったままで、食器類も洗い残しがあったので チェックしてからの使用がオススメです。 ただ、掃除機も使用できますし、洗濯も乾燥機付き、洗剤も置いてあるのでとても便利でした。 簡易キッチンが部屋にあるので、近隣のスーパーで購入したものを 朝ゆっくり食べてから、出かけられるので子どもがいる旅行にはとても快適でした。 チェックインチェックアウトもスマホで行えるので待つことなくスムーズに行えました。 広さも十分にあり、 心地よく過ごすことができました。 ありがとうございました。 あとは、セーフティーボックスの電池切れだったので、そのような細かな確認もしていただければ良かったと思います。

I like that it was walkable to Sensoji-temple and nearby shopping but the distance to the nearest station is quite far. Not good for elders but good for young adults.

The cleanliness is terrible, I spent 30 minutes vacuuming the unit myself, and the carpet was still full of hair. If you want to spend your holiday to come clean their hotel, feel free to pick this hotel. However, the hotel is like an apartment, comes with everything you need, and all the equipment and tools are in good condition. The only problem is you have to clean it yourself.

좋은 숙소 강추!!!
숙소 아주 훌륭합니다. 구석구석 깨끗하고 직원분들도 아주 친절합니다. 위치도 좋아서 센소지, 우에노, 여러 지하철역 모두 걸어서 다녔습니다. 무인 체크인, 체크아웃이라 좀 걱정했는데 어렵지 않게 잘했습니다. 누구에게라도 자신있게 추천할 수 있습니다. 좋은 곳에서 숙박할 수 있어서 아주 좋았습니다.

Very nice and clean hotel. Walking distance to Life Supermarket. 15mins walk to Senso Ji Temple. Family mart and 711 across the street and lots of restaurants. We will be back again.

This is not a 4 star hotel. No human to interact with at all, terrible service and don't make any requests.

Terrible no human service. This is not Japanese hospitality. Asking for extra pillow via this Skype call at the no human front desk is a disaster. they tell you it's not allowed. Shame on whomever put this hotel as a 4 star hotel, 2 star is too high for you. Never staying there again!!
