They re in hospitality business but have no idea about providing minimal service. Coming there with luggage was really inconvenient because they didn't keep it ( they show you a sign on arrival as if you were supposed to know...) and direct you to subway locker which happened to be full...had to wander around with 2 big suitcases... but the inconvenience is yours, not their... would they have the idea to offer you to check in early? Noooon, absolutely no initiative or help whatsoever... what a poor service... travelling with luggage... they were not ready for that....
