Il s'agit d'un Hilton, par conséquent la qualité est là. Un point négatif cependant d'après-moi, il manque de points canapé pour se POSER sans être dans sa chambre. Je rappelle qu'à Tokyo, même un Hilton dispose de chambre nettement plus petite (à moins de choisir la chambre SUPER exclusive). Perso, j'avais pris une chambre à 450 euros / par nuit pour 2 adultes 1 enf. Elle ne faisait que 28m2. ça peut paraitre suffisant mais une fois qu'on a posé les 3 valises, je peux vous assurer qu'il ne preste pas bcp de place pour circuler.

Hyatt ou Hilton Tokyo ?
Confortable, services culinaires impeccables. Cependant, Hall bruyant et SDB mal concue. Une toilette séparée devrait être un must dans ce type d’hotel. De ce fait le Hyatt juste à côté est mieux conçu. Conseil : dormir au Hyatt, manger au Hilton (pti dej aussi !)

I booked a 'junior suite' this is in fact more the size of a normal room, a suite should have a bedroom and a living room as a minimum otherwise it is not a suite. The bathroom was tiny, i could not open the shower door unless the main door was open, water pressure was low. Shampoo and shower gel are issued from wall dispensers ! Our room must have been next to a utility room as the constant noise of laundry machines was very annoying. Lounge cocktail choices are very limited and repeated ad nauseum. In room internet is not included in room price, beware. Limited tv channels, no Netflix.

I am a Diamond Member at Hilton and Gold member with Expedia ! Sometime we forgot which site to book for our trips and I am sure it happened to a lot of you ! Regardless which site you use ! I believe the company staff ( some are so stuck up to the policy )that they don't realize or respect how important a return customer! Thankfully, they have other staff ( especially at front desk and her name is Ada ) who safe the day by getting what I was requesting! ( which was 1 hour of extension of my late check out ) ! To Hilton : if it wasn't Ada ! I will not stay at your hotel again although I am a diamond member at your hotel chain !

It's a fairly busy hotel. As soon as you walk in the lobby it is filled with guests either checking in/out, lining up for coffee or lining up for the restaurant. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Our room was very spacious and clean. The bathroom was nice but does not have a fan, so it gets pretty foggy in there after showering. The bathtub glass barrier is very deceiving, it's actually is a door that swings out. One can actually fall out not knowing this. Doesn't serve its purpose the water still spills out onto the floor when you shower since it is only not even a half barrier. Other than that it's a very nice hotel with wonderful amenities, gym, swimming poot & tennis court which I had fun using. Walkable to a lot of restaurants and shopping. Easily access to subway as well.

It is walkable to several subway stations. The hotel also has a free shuttle bus to Shibuya Station a transport hub and los of eateries nearby.

The front-line manager was very helpful as I lost my wallet on arrival. I wasn't sure it was okay to mention her name but she was very accommodating!
