Chambre bien équipée: micro-ondes, bouilloire, frigo, thé, café, radio,TV, bureau. Dans la salle de bain : brosses à dents, à cheveux, rasoirs jetables, peignoirs changés chaque jour ( Comme les draps de lit et les serviettes de toilettes). Chaussons. Toilette japonaise séparée. Smartphone mis à disposition avec 4G utilisable en Intérieur et extérieur. Seul bémol: manque une penderie.

Big room. Four beds in total, two in a separate bedroom and two in a loft above a dinning room and kitchenette. The room was on a high floor with a good view facing south towards Shinjuku Station. We arrived at close to midnight. Check in and reception was quick and easy.

Loved the view from the 19th floor, mount fuji! Transportation to 2 trains stations walkable. Can technically walk to shinjuku, theres a 24/7 mini supermarket on the corner of the hotel, there are free toiletrees in the lobby. The room we had smelled a bit like BO, though no none in the lobby / halls. For the space, price, view and location - i definitely would recommend

I wish I could give this place a better review, but plain and simple, it smells. If you suffer from allergies, look elsewhere. The first room REEKED of body odor. The second room we got (we asked for a new one, and they immediately obliged) also smelled like B.O., but less so. The closet smelled like rotting fish. Upon closer inspection, we saw other people said similar things about odor issues...so this isn’t just a one-off situation. All that said, a few great things about it: -Location: Near several train lines, lots of cool bars and restaurants and cafes and convenience stores in the area, plus there are always cabs nearby -View from our room: We woke up to a clear view of Mt. Fuji, it was lovely -Cleanliness: The bathrooms were very clean and they brought us fresh towels every day -Staff: They’re friendly, helpful, and there 24/7 This place is, at best, a 2 star hotel because of the smell issue. If they fixed that, it would be a high-end 3 star hotel, and not the 4 it claims to be. It’s a shame they have this problem, and we hope they fix it!

We loved our stay, this is only a short walk from Shinjuku which was really great and only round the corner from the metro. There’s a number of restaurants in the area as well as an Ichiran! The hotel is nestled into a corner away from the noise which was ideal. The property reception area is a little dated for a 4* hotel. The service, staff and amenities available were all great, would recommend staying here if in Tokyo!

It takes about 25 minutes on foot from Shinjuku station though, taking trains to Okubo station makes it to 3 minutes walk. Okubo station is only 1 stop away from Shinjuku station. Solid 4 star stay. Similar to “extended stay” hotels in the U.S. as there’s a hot plate and small fridge. The rate was pretty decent. Shinjuku is a great area to stay in Tokyo and I thought the value was good here. If you’re looking to explore Tokyo and want a clean reasonable place to stay (without all the thrills) and without breaking the bank then this is a good choice. I don’t need tons of amenities, just a clean safe place that’s centrally located and reasonably priced.

18階だったからでしょうか。水の流れが少し悪いような気がしました。お風呂に入っても、洗面台を使ってもすぐ水が溢れてきて少しずつ水を使わないといけなかったです。 他は言うことありません。洗濯機も無料で使えるし助かりました。スタッフの方もとても親切でした。ありがとうございました。
