Le reseau Daiwa Roynet est un reseau d'hotels de qualite, souvent pres des gares JR, pour un cout acceptable, le petit-dejeuner est parfait, ce qui constitue dans l'ensemble un choix sans prise de tete surtout pour ceux qui arpentent le Japon avec un JR Pass.

Excellent service. Very spacious room. Stayed 3 nights with 4 people; did not feel crowded at all, especially with separate living room. Bathroom was big with double vanity, separate tub and shower, and separate toilet. There was a 7/11 on the basement level which was super convenient; as well as a restaurant connected to the hotel, which served a pretty good breakfast buffet for cheap; they even had fluffy pancakes. Location was excellent! Quiet and safe; plenty of food spots nearby; 5 minute walk to the train station, and only 1-2 stops away from the main hustle and bustle of Shinjuku and Harajuku. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will most likely stay here again!

The service of the front desk was excellent! We were helped on several occasions with booking issues, sending suitcases to other hotels, and information in general. The staff was so kind. We loved that the area was quiet and away from the crowds in Shinjuku. It was great that we were able to visit several sites and restaurants in walking distance and that the subway stop was close by. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent property with heated toilet seats, large bathing area, comfortable bedding and friendly English-speaking staff. I stayed 5 nights here and have no complaints. The lobby is stocked with plentiful toiletries (including toner, face wash and mouthwash for the ladies). The property has internal access to a 24/7 hour 7-Eleven store which is mighty convenient and housekeeping cleans your room daily. I always returned to a perfect room with toiletries stocked. Amazing stay, located close to the Metropolitan Observation Deck building and the Shinjuku Station, both about 10 minutes walking. If you book a taxi with the hotel, there's a private pickup garage area (away from the elements) and last if you ever need local reservations the front desk agents will be more than happy to help you! Loved staying here and will definitely consider it again. That said, know that this property is a business-hotel so it's better for small groups.

This hotel outside, lobby, and rooms were very clean. The front desk personnel was nice and helpful. The rooms were refreshed daily with clean towels and made beds. The lobby had care items that you could take daily. The basement was connected to a 711 that had good food for on the go. It was a 10 min walk to shops and restaurants in Shinjuku. Would stay here again.

Room was a bit of an awkward layout with some unnecessary furniture taking up space, but it was clean and comfortable and the bathroom was huge! Location was ok, I felt it was kind of too out of the way and would’ve preferred to be closer to Shinjuku. About a 20min walk to the busy areas.

We loved our stay at Daiwa Roynet. The property was lovely and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is on the outskirts of town so nice and quiet but there is still plenty within walking distance and it is close to the subway. You can easily grab a cab out front if you are venturing a little further. The daily buffet breakfast was great, plenty of yummy options and good value. Thank you.

Nice hotel about 3 minute walk to Nishi-Shinjuku station. About 25 minute walk from Shinjuku bars. Comfy bed, nice shower, friendly reception staff. Convienent 7-11 in the basement, good breakfast with Japanese and American options. Would stay here again on a future visit to Tokyo.

Had a great stay. Hotel was clean, staff were nice, amenities downstairs are open-bar and have a good variety of things. It's in nishi-shinjuku, so less tourism and activity around the area, but still has restaurants around and within walking distance of subway and convenience stores. Room was slightly small, but expected of Japan and was enough to open suitcases. Would recommend.

It was such a quiet area despite being just under a kilometre from Shinjuku.but as it’s mainly a business district it quietens down at night . There are 2 metro stations nearby that get you just about everywhere . It’ll pay to figure out how to get there without google maps as I got lost much of the time. There’s a Denny’s around the corner which was great! But also strangely popular with the Japanese! That’s also good if you want to save some money and don’t feel like venturing into Shinjuku to eat. The breakfast buffet was amazing , as was the shower . The staff were very helpful and polite. Probably the only thing I disliked was the room got a bit warm and I couldn’t lower the thermostat below 17. That 1 extra degree to 16 would’ve really helped !

Nice hotel but small room
Had two nights at this hotel. It was located very centrally and if you get a floor high up, you will most likely get a nice view. We had a room in the middle (8th floor) where the view was not that nice. The room was small but comfortable. They could have preferably taken some square meters from the large bathroom/shower and put it in the room instead as there were no room to have to suitcases. In the reception you could also take small hair and body lotions for free, which I think is a nice touch. And there is a 7/11 in the bottom floor of the hotel that was open 24/7.

i’ll definitely stay here my next tokyo visit. would probably get a larger room as the one i was in wasn’t as large as the photos and dimensions had suggested.
