Situation parfaite, confort un peu daté
Sejour de deux nuits avec petit déjeuner. Vue superbe depuis la chambre par ailleurs qui date. Une renovation ne ferait pas de mal mais par ailleurs tres propre et confortable. Salle de bain pareil, un peu datée. Petit déjeuner moyen sur la qualité des produits et le service pas toujours trés attentif.

We loved this hotel. The breakfast was excellent and we took advantage of the lovely gym and pool everyday. The staff was so helpful and took away so much stress when we were trying to figure out the train to our next destination. Will recommend this to everyone

The hotel is surrounded by numerous shops and restaurants, providing plenty of options for dining and entertainment. A Seven-Eleven convenience store, quite different from its U.S. counterpart, is located inside the building, along with various other restaurants and bars. The hotel services exemplify traditional Japanese hospitality—kind, careful, and thoughtful—truly embodying the spirit of “Omotenashi.”

I have been staying at the Cerulean on my trips to Tokyo since 2006. I have never had a bad experience in all of that time. The facility and staff are top notch. I especially enjoy the fitness center and exceptional swimming pool which also included dressing rooms and sauna. The hotel is also a short walk to all that Shibuya has to offer iin the way of shopping and end endless assortment of great food.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying here for 6 nights. The facilities are quite dated, but the room was clean and service was excellent. The staff went above and beyond at every request. They were so kind so as to find me a doctor so I could get medicine that I couldn't bring into japan. I so appreciate their kindness and attentiveness!

The location of this property was great, train stations, restaurants and bars. The room itself was quite dated and the cleanliness of the bathroom was not great. We found items left behind likely from previous guests. Great hotel, if you can book with a good deal.

This is a very old hotel that needs to be updated badly. The lobby in the rooms are pretty terrible. It’s a very very western style hotel that has not been upgraded to Japanese standards. There are definitely the worst hotel of our trip.

The room was big enough for I and my 2 sisters. Love all the extra amenities that the room had to offer. Love the executive lounge, tea ceremonies and happy hour. The gym, pool and sauna was great. The restaurants were good and loved the Japanese breakfast. The staff were courteous, helpful, friendly, and available if you needed anything. By far, the best hotel I've ever stayed in. The location was perfect. I will definitely stay again and recommend it to everyone.

What a great stay. The hotel is extremely well located to Shibuya Crossing and all transportation. It's also quite. The staff we excellent there and very helpful. The hotel is very nice and all the amenities were very good. The hotel bar at the top was so nice. Very vibes to the Park Hyatt without the price. I would definitely stay there again returning to Tokyo.

Highly recommend the Club Lounge access rooms! For not much more money, you get food and beverage covered all day and the quality of both is excellent.

Stayed in this hotel twice during a recent trip to Japan, at the beginning and end of my trip. I’d originally booked a different hotel for the second stay in Tokyo, and decided to return to Cerulean Tower. It is centrally located, a 5-minute walk from Shibuya Station, which made it very easy to get to around. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a welcoming and helpful staff. The rooms are large, as are the bathrooms, which are well-stocked with amenities. Both of the rooms I stayed in had great city views, one of which included Mt. Fuji, which I was lucky enough to see on a semi-clear day. It is also one of the stops for the limousine bus to both Narita and Haneda, which made airport transportation seamless. I will return to the Cerulean Tower on my next trip to Tokyo.
