'Il Belpoggio Su Todi' (Ă  peu prĂšs traduisible par "La jolie colline sur Todi" - un nom qui veut souligner la vue aĂ©rienne qui peut ĂȘtre apprĂ©ciĂ©e sur Todi et la campagne environnante) est un petit hameau entourĂ© d'un jardin en terrasses, d'une oliveraie, une forĂȘt et une vue Ă  couper le souffle.

Il a été récemment entiÚrement rénové, en préservant l'architecture typique de la Ombrie, avec l'utilisation de matériaux locaux - les sols en terre cuite, la pierre apparente pour les murs extérieurs, les tuiles anciennes sur les toits.

Chaque dĂ©tail vous permet de profiter de l'expĂ©rience chaleureuse d'une maison de campagne italienne avec toutes les commoditĂ©s, y compris une spectaculaire piscine Ă  dĂ©bordement oĂč vous pourrez vous rafraĂźchir pendant l'Ă©tĂ©.

1) GRANDE VILLA (GV)

Il Casale Grande (Grande Villa) est une villa de 340 mÚtres carrés, sur deux étages, et peut accueillir 9 personnes.

Il y a un beau salon et salle Ă  manger de 120 mÂČ oĂč vous pourrez vous dĂ©tendre, manger tous ensemble ou lire devant la cheminĂ©e monumentale.

Vous profiterez d'une cuisine en pierre typique de la Ombrie, de 30 mÚtres carrés, entiÚrement équipée, avec sa propre cheminée.

Les chambres à coucher sont toutes au premier étage et sont réparties comme suit :
- 3 chambres doubles complÚtes toutes avec salles de bain privées,
- 1 chambre double avec salle de bain (+ 1 chambre simple attenante).

Il y a aussi un petit salon entre les chambres Ă  coucher.

2) PETITE VILLA (SV)

Caractéristiques trÚs similaires à celles de Casale Grande, mais plus petites.
Les chambres sont toutes au deuxiÚme étage et sont réparties comme suit :
- 3 chambres doubles, - 1 chambre simple - 2 salles de bains (+ 1 au rez-de-chaussée)

Au rez-de-chaussée, en plus de la salle de bain, on retrouve le salon avec sa cheminée, la salle à manger et la cuisine avec sa cheminée également.

3) AILE OUEST (WW)

Elle est attenante à la Grande Villa et elle est située aux premier et deuxiÚme étages.

Le bĂątiment comprend:
- 4 chambres doubles,
- 2 salles de bain,
- une cuisine avec un balcon panoramique,
- une salle à manger/salon avec sa cheminée.

Super séjour à IL BELPOGGIO

Nous sommes partis en famille /amis de 20 Ă  55 ans . Les plus jeunes avaient leur propre maison ils ont adorĂ© le concept Nous avons passĂ© un magnifique sĂ©jour . La maison est trĂšs fonctionnelle , l’emplacement magnifique et Federico trĂšs disponible avant et pendant le sĂ©jour . Nous avons pu visiter les alentours tout en profitant de la maison .Nous recommandons vivement cette location .

Bel Poggio Su Todi was Wonderful

My family and I stayed at the property for one month. Our children came and went, staying at different times with us. The property had plenty of room for 20 people. It was a beautiful property and the scenery was fantastic. The children enjoyed the pool and the adults enjoyed watching them. It was a great base for visiting towns in the area. Federico arranged for the preparation of a meal by Laura Zaffarami and her crew, and they did a wonderful job. We would recommend the villa to anyone.

What an absolutely idyllic place to spend a week! We were 5 families; 10 adults and 11 kids between the ages of 2-10. We had TONS of space; we congregated for dinner at the main kitchen, but the multiple villas and kitchens allowed for extra food storage and calmer breakfasts/lunches. The pool was lovely - unheated, but kids didn't care! The views were spectacular. It was so quiet and peaceful. Federico (host) was incredibly responsive and helpful. He spent a couple of nights on the property, but he was respectful of our space and only came around if we called him to come help with anything. And the nearby town of Todi was utterly charming and convenient.

Gorgeous Home, Unforgettable Views

Our large group of family and friends loved our stay. Even with spotty weather (Spring rains) we were either cozy or basking in the sun by the pool. Plenty of space, comfortable beds, thoughtful host
.we loved this spot. Todi was wonderful too - very few tourists and lots of places to eat. This is our 4th villa stay and this is now one of our very favorites!

Gorgeous villa and amazing host

Belpoggio was a gorgeous villa with a stunning view. It was clean, easy to get to town, the store and for vendors to find. The host, Federico, was super friendly, helpful, responsive and accommodating. The beds were comfortable, the pool was clean and a beautiful blue, and I can’t wait to stay again! Highly recommend!

"Simply Magnificent" ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Il Belpoggio Villa is a stunning property nestled on a hillside, offering breathtaking views of the Umbrian countryside. The villa has been meticulously renovated over a decade, ensuring every detail is perfect. We hosted our wedding at Il Belpoggio with 20 guests, including couples, singles, and a young teenager. The property was spacious enough for everyone to relax and enjoy. The pool is fantastic, it's quite deep at one end, perfect for hot summer days. The rooms are comfortable, with a mix of larger and smaller options. The main house features a magnificent lounge area, perfect for chilling out, chatting, and watching TV. The stone construction keeps the rooms cool during the summer. The kitchen is large and well-equipped, and there's a barbecue outside for those who wish to use it. Words can't fully capture the beauty of this place. The pictures do some justice, but being there is on another level. The views are stunning from every angle. If you appreciate peace, tranquillity, beautiful countryside, and historic buildings, this place won't disappoint. The pool is great fun when the weather is nice. The host, Federico, is fantastic and always ready to help. He stays on-site the first night to ensure everything is okay and is only a WhatsApp message away if needed. Our guests, who are well travelled, came from all over the world and absolutely loved it. We all cannot wait to come back one day! One important note is the extremly strict recycling rules in this region.

The most perfect wedding week

We had the most beautiful wedding week at Federico’s home. We had 22 of our family members come and celebrate our wedding with us. The home was so spacious and comfy for everyone. Federico got us in contact with his favorite wedding vendors and they were all amazing. The pictures don’t do the proper justice! The town Todi itself is so lively with the best food and drinks. I would stay here again no doubt in the future. We had the most magical wedding celebration and our family can’t stop talking about it. Thank you Federico!

22 friends and family spent a magical 10 days in this beautiful location. Well equipped and very comfortable. The pool was a godsend. Would be fantastic if more ac available in lounge areas and larger fridge/ freezer in the grand Vila but other than these points I would not hesitate to recommend a stay here

Idealic, centrally located villa with beautiful views

I have visited Italy 3 times in the last 5 years. We have rented 4 villas. This is a wonderful property! Siamo rimasti li per 10 giorni. (10 day stay-3 generations, 10 -people). We rented all 3 homes. Federico was an extremely gracious host, solicitous, but respectful of our privacy. He stayed 1 night when we checked in and was available when needed him but otherwise let us enjoy our time together. Todi is a great location. The town has surprisingly good restaurants. The property is in the hills of Umbria but groceries, 2 cafes and the city of Todi were all within a 12 minutes drive. We took 6 day trips, Spoleto, Spello, Orvieto, Gubbio, Assisi and Perugia. All were less than 1 hour’s drive. Rome airport was 1 hour 45 minutes. The pool is great. The houses are immaculate and well appointed. The views are to die for. They are all air conditioned but the temperatures at night in the hills made it mostly unnecessary. I fully recommend the property. I hesitated to review it as its a bit too precious to share.

Wedding in Todi

I knew this place was special as soon as I saw the listing. I stayed here with my family and friends for my wedding, which was also hosted at the property. The pictures truly don’t do this place justice, the view and serenity of the place are unmatched. Federico was excellent to communicate with and I had MANY questions throughout the process. The property was spotless. Todi the nearby town was absolutely charming. Our stay at Il Belpoggio feels like the most beautiful dream I wish I could relive. Thank you Federico!

Beautiful and marvelous villa and property!

This place is really beautiful! The buildings are renovated farmhouses, with fully equipped kitchens and rooms. We were 8 couples spending vacation together, and there was more than enough space for all. We all had separate bedrooms with double beds, and there was plenty of space for all to sit together during breakfast, lunch and dinner, both inside and outside. Lovely outdoor areas with a large infinity pool. Availability of new sunbeds and also a pergola where we could enjoy both the sun and the availability of some shade during the hot and sunny days. Il Belpoggio Su Todi is strategically located, with only a short drive to Todi city centre. Very convenient. We also had some great walkabouts in the area around the villa, around the green hills with olive trees and beautiful views. The owner of the property was really nice and very service minded. Perfection!

This was without doubt the best place we've ever vacationed. The villas are superbly located with a magnificent view of the hilltop town of Todi - a view we never tired of looking at. They are beautifully appointed, and a delight to spend time in. Really, there was nothing we could have wanted that was not provided. Communication with our host, Federico, was perfect and he could not have been more helpful, with recommendations for other places to stay in Italy, and to visit locally. He even arranged a birthday cake for one of our party on our first night. We had a wonderful time at Belpoggio Su Todi and look forward to returning one day. Thank you Federico.

Wonderful Umbrian home away from home!

I can’t say enough about how beautiful our experience at Belpoggio was! We rented all three residences there with 20 people, with our main dining and family activities enjoyed in the main building. The lovely hills, the charming city of Todi in the distance, and the beautiful sunflowers and olive trees greeted us each morning as we enjoyed breakfast outside! Our host, Federico, was very friendly and helpful, recommending restaurants, answering our many questions, and providing us information about our villa and its surroundings. He recommended our wonderful chef Laura for a magnificent pranzo to celebrate birthdays, anniversaries and a surprise engagement! Belpoggio is not far from the many activities Umbria has to offer. We rented e-bikes in Orvieto, visited wineries, went to a charming zoo, spent a day kayaking and paddle boarding at Lake Trasimeno, and ate marvelous meals and gelati in Todi! One group even enjoyed a day trip to Rome, taking a train there from nearby Orvieto. Adults and children alike cooled off in the pool for morning and afternoon swims. Belpoggio’s kitchen was very well stocked for doing our own cooking and the local supermarket outside of Todi had everything we needed! Tante grazie, caro Federico, for hosting our family for an unforgettable Umbrian vacation. It was truly the trip of our lifetime!

Summer vacation 2023 - memories for life

We were 4 groups of close friends with children staying 9 amazing days at Il Belpoggio Su Todi. I highly recommend these beautiful villas. The view was spectacular and the villas very spacious, clean and well maintained. Todi is also a good choice if you want to explore both Umbria and Tuscany. We want to come back! Thank you for many good memories!

Family Vacation

We were a family of 21, grandparents, parents and kids. We had a dream vacation. The property was beyond our expectations, beautifully furnished and so well equipped. Frederico, our host was amazing. Communicated with us from the beginning, and we knew we would be well looked after. Would highly recommend. A memorable week in a beautiful setting. We did not want to leave!

Unsere Hochzeitsreise mit Familie und Freunden, hĂ€tte nicht besser sein können. Die gesamte Anlage einfach wunderbar. Wir konnten gemeinsam Kochen und Essen, jeder hatte seinen eigenen Bereich mit Badezimmer. Der Pool, die Liegen, Spielsachen waren super fĂŒr die Unterhaltung am Tag. Herzlicher und freundlicher kann man nicht vom Betreiber betreut werden. Vielen Dank !

Il Belpoggio -- beyond expectations!

We had 13 people in our party, ranging from age 3 to 60, and Il Belpoggio was the perfect spot. The drive from the Rome airport is beautiful! The property is truly stunning. It looks beautiful in the pictures but the pictures just don't capture the amazing beauty of the area. We spent a week here and cooked in the kitchen most nights. It was a very well-equipped kitchen with everything we needed. The living area is massive yet cozy. Federico was attentive before, during and after our visit, providing us with restaurants, chefs, information about the area, and following up on things left behind. We give this place a solid 5 stars!

La Dolce Vita!

Lifelong friends spanning two generations gathered from Canada, the UK, and the US for a wonderful 10-day holiday at Il BelPoggio. The villa, spread across three separate accommodations, provided ample space with many large bedrooms and modern bathrooms, expansive common areas, lots of outdoor seating, a beautiful infinity pool, and a huge country-style kitchen. The villa filled our needs in every way. It is perfectly situated in the Umbrian countryside, yet an easy drive to grocery shopping and the historic hilltop town of Todi. Whether gathering for early morning coffee in the kitchen, passing plates of pasta at long tables in the dining room, sipping prosecco while watching the lights twinkling from Todi, or lounging by the pool – we found many ways to live ‘la dolce vita’ at Il Belpoggio. And we cannot say enough good things about our host Federico. From the first point of contact to the warm welcome and helpful orientation, and throughout our stay, Federico was incredibly responsive and helpful. He truly went ‘above and beyond’ including his recommendations for a personal chef and others who facilitated our experience. Take a beautiful villa and add an exceptional host - and you have the winning formula for your perfect Umbrian holiday with family and friends.

Trip of a lifetime

We planned a stay there for a wedding with 24 people. The location was amazing and the owner Federico was helpful in everything. You will not be disappointed this property is much better in person than the pictures allow. There are only 3 bedroom AC u it’s bit the elevation keeps the house cold and has an amazing breeze. The pool are is exceptional and each room is nicely appointed.. it wa s the perfect place to entertain and have a wedding. Even the most discriminating vacationer will be pleased. We will definitely return. Thanks Federico for a great stay.

The most dreamy wedding stay 🌾🌾

I do not the have words to describe how amazing our wedding reception weekend at il Belpoggio su Todi was. The house itself is stunning, the rooms so well equipped, hosting 24 people was so so easy with many common spaces, big kitchen and additional bathrooms. We organized a wedding reception dinner ourselves, using only Federico’s kitchen equipment (the MASSIVE pan for risotto was a massive hit). There’s loads of space for storage, a larger coffee machine and all the tables and chairs needed. The pool near a shed with a ping pong table was also just AMAZING! Fun for DAYS! And all this wouldn’t be possible without Federico, always ready to help, adjust, check and recommend. Thank you so much for the family wedding of our dreams ❀
