"We spent 6 fantastic nights at Marco's place. The apartment was just as advertised. It was clean and functional, with an amazing private outdoor space. Marco lives upstairs with his wife but you don't hear them and the outdoor space is separated from theirs, so quite private and very quiet, although the apartment seems to be below the flight path of planes landing at Rome's airport (though you don't hear the planes from inside the apartment). The jacuzzi tub is a great perk! Minutes from Bracciano, grocery stores and restaurants, though you must take a narrow and degrading access lane. Marco is very responsive and very welcoming. As other guests have noted, the sofa bed in one of the bedrooms was comfortable (at least for our kids), but would recommend caution getting in and out because the mechanisms on the side of the bed are exposed. Overall great base to explore the Bracciano lake area. Highly recommended."
