Très bien
Une vue extraordinaire a 180 degrés pour ce bel appartement, le seul point difficile est la route pour y accéder avec une côte de 12% à monter soit en voiture ou à pied, pour les touristes que nous sommes c’est le choc culturel du monte negro, hélas même après quelques jours d’acclimatation, cette route reste difficile ! Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement.

Tolle Wohnung, tolle Lage. Die Terrasse, Richtung Osten, phänomenal. Der Pool, ein täglich benutztes Highlight. Die Auffahrt ist steil, auch zu Fuß. Die Lage ist sehr lokal. Urlaubslokation für östliche Anrainerstaaten. Ein Auto ist empfehlenswert. Das Haus hat 3 Apartments auf 3 Ebenen. Aus den Internetinfos war uns nicht klar, welches Apartment wir gebucht hatten. 1.OG war phantastisch. Der Fjord ist toll, wer keinen Sand mag und Stein und Beton schätzt, ist hier richtig. Sand freier Meerzugang zu sehr klarem Wasser. Großartig. Richtung Tivat, Kotor, Budva starker Verkehr. Stop and go rund um die Uhr. Ein wunderbarer Ort.

Grosse Wohnung mit toller Aussicht
Die Wohnung liegt im 1.OG und hat neben den beiden Schlafzimmern einen grossen Wohnküchenbereich mit zusätzlichem Schlafsofa. Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist wunderbar. Das WLAN funktioniert in allen Räumen einwandfrei. Der Pool läuft um die Gebäudeecke und eine Grösse von ca. 3x6m, ist also eher zum erfrischen geeignet und nicht zum Schwimmen. Es sind zahlreiche deutsche Fernsehsender empfangbar. Insgesamt besteht das Haus aus 4 Apartments und ist ruhig gelegen. Die Zufahrt ist sehr steil, am ersten Tag mit voll beladenem Auto war das erstmal sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig und sorgte für Bauchkribbeln, aber ab dem zweiten Tag klappte das viel besser, erster Gang rein und dann geht das schon. Die Wohnung verfügt über Klimanalagen in allen Räumen die tadellos funktionierten, eigentlich braucht man sie auch nicht da die Sonne nicht direkt in die Wohnung scheint. Man kann auch draußen vor der Wohnung sitzen und den tollen Ausblick und die Abendsonne genießen. Im Ort selbst gibt es einen Bäcker, Supermarkt und Restaurants sowie betonierte Badeplateaus, es ist also alles vorhanden. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und die Kommunikation mit der Agentur klappte reibungslos.

A lovely apartment in a very quiet location which is ideally located to explore Kotor Bay and surrounding area. Communication with owner is excellent with some very helpful visitor information provided.

Selve lejligheden var fantastisk og grundet placeringen havde vi en fantastisk udsigt over kotorbugten. Men beliggenheden på ferielejligheden var ikke fremragende: Der var næsten ikke nogen by og kun meget få (2) restauranter i nærheden. Selve huset som lejligheden lå i var placeret på en meget stejl bakke som det krævede gode nerver og køreerfaring at komme op af og ikke mindst parker på. Jeg er glad for at min man kunne finde ud af det for jeg havde ikke kunne. Pga den meget stejle bakke op til huset var det begrænset hvor meget vi brugte området da det var meget anstrengende at komme op og ned af bakken både for

A haven of peace and tranquility
The property is beautiful and in a stunning location - very peaceful and with amazing views. The hill up to it is extremely steep but don't be put off by it - i am over 70 and didnt find walking up and down to be a problem with decently soled shoes.

Leiligheten, stedet, utsikten, kommunikasjon med utleier, kontakten på stedet (Anka), badevannet - det var helt supert. Det var bare to ting som dro opplevelsen litt ned: vannet i kranene (dusjen mest merkvbart) kom og gikk. Vannet ble plutselig borte, og kom tilbake etter 20-30 sekunder. Men det ble vi vant til. Det verste var vel at det var byggeaktivitet på en av nabotomtene, og en borhammer som durte og slo hele dagen, 4 av 5 dager. Det var slitsomt. Men de skal jo jobbe - sånn er det vel bare. Men: dette kan uten betenkelighet anbefales!

Thanks for your kind comments about the wonderful apartment, pool and bathing in the bay. I'm sorry that a neighbour's house had some building work taking place when you stayed. This also probably impacted on the water supply although there is a huge reservoir tank under the terrace that should protect against interuptions. The law in Montenegro forbids any noisy building work occurring after 15th June and before Mid September to protect visitors against this problem. It does mean that builders rush to complete work before thia period which is when you visited. I'm sorry this was the case but glad you still enjoyed your holiday. Laurence

The flat is beautiful, professionally designed and in a nice quiet location.
The flat is amazing, but the house has water issues. The shower constantly alternates between hot and cold water, and we had water leakage and no water at all one night. The house manager was very responsive, however, the owner didn't get back to me to explain why we had so many water issues. If you book this property, I recommend reaching to the owner in advance raising the water supply question. Otherwise, it's a beautiful accommodation.

Hi Svetlana, Thank you for your review and the positive comments about the apartment. I didn't receive an email from you regarding the overnight water issue but as you say my Property Manager was responsive and sorted the problem out. The issue was a burst external pipe which can happen in any building and as the incident occurred at night it took time to locate and resolve. The house was built in 2016 and we put in a huge water tank as a reservoir so that demand at peak times could be met. This worked all summer for all the guests until this pipe burst during your stay. I did email you after your stay and offer a refund for the hours you went without water and I will wait for your response. I'm so glad that the rest of your holiday went well and you enjoyed the apartment apart from the few hours you spent without water. Laurence
