Camera rumorosa, per tutta notte si avvertiva il rumore dei condizionatori ed è stato impossibile dormire. Le condizioni della camera erano pessime, muri tutti sporchi ed il bagno indecente. La doccetta della doccia era nera. Assurdo!! SCONSIGLIATISSIMO!!!!!!

Positiv Das Hotel liegt zentral alles zu Fuß erreichbar und das Personal ist freundlich:) Negativ Das Frühstück System ist ein bisschen speziell man bekommt einfach irgendwas serviert ohne gefragt zu werden.

We arrived late at night with our flight and asked for a late check-out next day but unfortunately that wasn’t possible. In the booking it said room with city view I guess you can say that was a disappointment. Otherwise we didn’t stay long enough to say more about this. Room seemed clean. Very hard to get to and from the hotel with a car though

Hotel posto in un vicolo addirpoco fatiscente, sicuramente molto vicino al centro, in base alla strada che percorre per raggiungerlo si entra o in una specie di suk o dall'altra strada quella principale ti porto al centro, in una stradina angusta è rumorosa nonché buia. Hotel senza ascensore per cui impossibile da frequentare per i disabili, camera molto spartana con un piumino sintetico che in verticale può coprire una sola persona messo in orizzontale è completamente inutile perché o copri piedi lasciando scoperto il petto o viceversa, pessimi cuscini di un qualche materiale sintetico è troppo morbidi che non sostengono affatto il capo. In camera nessun tipo di confort se non un piccolo frigo bar, televisione rotta, lampadine fulminate, tenda per coprire la finestra in mediocri condizioni. Personale della reception cortese e cordiale. Sconsiglio vivamente questo hotel assolutamente non 4 stelle forse tra 2 e 3. Unica nota positiva la vicinanza al centro di Tirana si raggiunge a piedi

Der stod at spa var inkluderet og at der skulle være en velkomst gave ved ankomst - ingen af tingene fandtes på trods af det var inkluderet i billetten.

The aircondition didn't work. They tried to fix it in the night without succes. The next day, when we checked out, they told us, that they knew it was a problem. Why rent out a room, where things a broken? The Breakfast was poor.

I was informed upon my arrival that my expedia booking was not included in the hotel booking plan ,that they must have forgotten about it. Present staff was very kind and helfpul apoligizing for the incident and even offering a dinner on the house. Finally they managed to book another , less classy hotel nearby. Regardless, it doesnt change the fact that I was left out and had to go through all this at 1 am after a long flight.

Nice clean property in good central location - short walk from city centre. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The only issue I had was the airport shuttle I booked with them never showed up! I tried phoning but couldn’t get through. Ended up getting a taxi.

Pessima scelta
Non vale certamente le 4****. Non c'è ascensore, la spa e' a pagamento (prezzi italiani), la colazione è basica, convbrioche vecchie, " di cartone", nulla di fresco.e quando paghi si inventano una percentuale con cui ti trattengono 7 euro rispetto alla cifra indicata nel sito. Sconsigliato assolutamente.

Gentile Cliente , Ringraziamo per la Sua gentile richiesta . Capiamo che Lei ha dovuto pagare la colazione in quanto aveva prenotato una tariffa agevolata evitando di includere la colazione . Tutti i nostri clienti sono molto contenti della colazione ed i nostri prodotti sono freschi con dolci fatti direttamente a mano nella nostra cucina . Capiamo che i Suoi budget sono minori di quello che ha speso ma vogliamo far presente che siamo un 4 stelle in pieno centro ed i prezzi sono anche minori rispetto alla concorrenza. Accettiamo comunque i suoi consigli al fine di migliorare. La invitiamo ad essere di nuovo nostra cliente per vedere i nostri miglioramenti . Direzione
