« We really enjoyed our stay. We were disappointed with the women who was at the front desk when we checked in. She wasn't friendly and was condescending in regards to questions we had about our stay. « Send this property is built as the luxury hotel in Breckenridge. It was nice. The aesthetics are beautiful however, the layout of the hotel is very troublesome. It’s very hard to navigate. And when one of the elevators goes out, just trying to navigate to our room was difficult. If we stayed there again, we’d have to stay on the third floor close to the front desk.. Several other families were very confused with the layout as well. there again, we’d have to stay on the third. »

Nice size living/dining and kitchen. I agree with some other comments that it is a bit tired looking, cabinets are scratched and worn, floor trim is broken. But that didn't deter from having a nice time. »

« The facilities and room were quite nice and the person at reception - Brooke - was exceptional: warm, welcoming and helpful. However we had a few issues upon arrival that could have been avoided with a bit of extra attention: - the cleaning crew left the fridge door ajar and ice from the freezer melted into the fridge and onto the kitchen floor - the shower valve wasn't operational and had to be fixed - the toilet plunger was disconnected and wouldn't flush We took care of those issues...
