Ok for our one night
The property suited our purposes, unfortunately when i tried to check the door code on my account i had no service in the area the place is located so it was a little frustrating. Would have liked to know that there was a possibility of having no service. The living room area was a slight mess specifically the mirror on the mantle and the fireplace. Overall suited our needs.

Great place
This home was great for our family vacation. It had everything we needed. We had a great time. Easy beach access.

Sister time
Nice cozy cabin — especially loved the fireplace. Kitchen only had one saucepan, but otherwise easy to fix meals in. We had to use our own toilet paper to not run out. The see through shower was the highlight of our stay! Nice laundry facilities but be sure to bring laundry soap.

Cozy place for the week
Good location, decent views, short walk to the beach. Bedrooms a bit small but we made it work. Wonderful time.

Ocean view without the ocean price
I rented this house because of a previous comment stating you can hear the ocean from here. This is entirely true. You can see and hear the ocean from the house. Even better, it was less than a block walk to get onto the beach. That block does include a pretty steep hill to get from beach to house. But in my opinion, totally worth it! The house itself is a little dated. Every drawer I pulled came completely out of the cabinet. The beds were small, my son 6'4" had to sleep diagonally to get most of his body on. One bathroom is super tiny. My family, two adults and two older teen children, fit comfortably in the house. I don't know if anymore people would be comfortable, you would really have to like each other. The house was well stocked with kitchen necessities. The refrigerator was small, but we had plenty of room for several days meals. There also were plenty of towels and toilet paper. There was even detergent for the washing machine. If you want fancy amenities, this is not the house for you. But if you want a beach view with out the on the beach price, give this house a try. I would rent this house again if I'm ever blessed enough to get back to Oceanside.

Girls trip
My sister, niece, and I picked this rental for the ocean view and short walk to the beach. With the windows open you could even hear the ocean. The layout was a little awkward when we first arrived but we quickly got used to it and took full advantage of the wood fireplace during the chilly rainy weather. It was super cozy for the three of us.

Online Description Not Accurate
This is a small cabin which should say it only comfortably hosts four people at a time. Two of us were tripping over each other unless we were sitting down doing nothing. This cabin looked good online so we decided to stay however everything from that point on was so so. First we wanted to add an extra night so I called, but never received a return call so my husband called later that afternoon. He was told there was a two night minimum so it wasn’t possible to add a night....(remember I was adding one night so I was the one booked those other four nights!!!) Than upon arrival the place looked darling outside but inside not so much. Each of the three bedrooms are rooms with beds in them. If there are two people staying in the bed, expect to climb over one another to get out of the bed to use the restroom in the middle of the night. Than there were ants every where. Every where! The old futon that they also call a bed isn’t a comfortable couch for relaxing at the beach, neither are the two rattan chairs. Be prepared for an extra small stove and fridge and no place to store anything. Just be prepared and you’ll do fine. We were not prepared. The location is good and it serves its purpose of providing a place to sleep. Oh and one of the bathrooms is not really a bathroom. You have to squeeze in if you dare.

Peaceful days
We loved our stay here in Aster Cabin. We had a great view of the beach and a short walk to get down to the beach. We enjoyed the peace and quiet of the neighborhood and saw some great sunsets. Fun location.

Small, Quaint and Great Location
This small, cozy cottage was perfect for my wife and I, and our two grandchildren, 7 and 4. The short walk to the beach was great for playing on the beach in the morning, walking back to the cottage for lunch, and then back to the beach in the afternoon.

Beautiful location
The beach access, neighborhood, and views were exceptional. The actual house seemed overpriced. The remodeled half is lovely and clean. The other half is outdated and full of garage sale mismatched furniture. At a different price point, this house would have been 5 stars!
