« Host double booked and did not cancel my reservation. He tried to get me to stay in a bedroom in an apartment with a room already occupied in it. I asked him to cancel the reservation and he did not offer the courtesy in doing leaving me to deal with Vrbo directly to get my money back. Still in the process of resolving this. »

After 24 hours of no power owner of property sent a small generator to power the refrigerator only. All food and medications already ruined. « My first time staying in tj ( went for bbl from Palm Springs, ca) everything was beautiful & brand new ! Pics did not do justice. The security of property were all amazing and helped throughout entire stay! Right down stairs there’s the plaza full of yummy restaurants even clubs & a Starbucks liter’s steps outside.
