They had a tv but with no hot water and fighting to get warm air I was ready to leave and not even stay my 2nd night. Plus there was no swing in the room like on the room scenes. Cleaning staff was a little rude. You could tell they didn’t care if you stayed or left. »

« Our room was right above a bar. We checked in about 315. From 3:15 to 2:30 in the morning the music played at the bar extremely loud. So loud that I could not sleep. I had a conference to go to all day the following day. I would never stay there again and I would never recommend anyone to stay there. When I talked to the staff about the noise, they said that basically I have to deal with it. I think that you should put on your website that this hotel is above a bar and that they play extremely...

« Me cambiaron de habitación tres veces, el aire acondicionado no servia, no había mini bar, no había secador, me dieron una cama mas chica y cada vez que hablaba para solicitar el cambio se molestaba el personal, no nos dejaron edredón porque estaban full y nos dieron una cobija individual para una cama king size y hacia mucho frio. »
