The Property

Casa Coral boasts lovely sea views of Playa Los Pocillos, one of the largest beaches in Puerto del Carmen which is just a minute away and can be accessed directly from the complex. Playa Grande, another picturesque beach in Puerto del Carmen is just 10 minutes walk away on foot.

This property sleeps 4 people comfortably.

It has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with twin beds. Both bedrooms share a bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The kitchen is fully renovated and fully equipped with a microwave, oven, coffee machine and hob. It also has all the utensils you may need to cook your favourite meals whilst on holidays in Lanzarote. The living area has wifi, flat screen TV and access to a lovely balcony where one could spend their evening looking onto the horizon while the sun sets before heading out for dinner. It also has Air conditioning in the living room.

Guests also have access to the shared swimming pool located inside the complex. The shared swimming pool is heated in the winter months.

This property is located on the 2nd floor and accessed by stairs.

The Area


The complex is located in the center of Puerto del Carmen on the front line. The property location is ideal for morning and afternoon walks or a bicycle ride along the ample promenade which stretches from Arrecife all the way to Puerto Calero. The best beaches of Puerto del Carmen are just a few minutes walk away. Clients can also enjoy direct access to the Los Pocillos beach from the complex itself.

The closest bus stop is just a 2 minute walk away. Close to the property you will find all types of shops like supermarkets, restaurants, pubs, bars, etc.

Puerto del Carmen is a great base to visit Lanzarote., either by car, excursions or by public buses. If you decide to rent a car you will enjoy calm traffic free roads to all the main tourist attractions such as the lunar landscape of Timanfaya National Park, the Janubio salt pans or La Geria where the wine happens. Also many other attractions are available for the whole family such as a shopping mall, Rancho texas or the Golf course.

Renting a car is not necessary when staying in Puerto del Carmen. You can easily take the public buses to other tourist centres or the capital city like; Playa Blanca, Arrecife or Playa Honda. You can get to other destinations by public buses however the timetable is not very frequent.
