This is a true suite — one bedroom, one full bathroom, and full living room and Smart TV — designed for a couple or solo traveler who wants a simple, comfortable base for the park. The queen bed sits beneath garden views, with quiet AC for warm foothill nights.

Please note: this suite does not include a kitchen or dining room. In-suite you'll find a coffee maker, mini fridge, and microwave.

Three Rivers has good options close by — Village Market for basics, and local spots like Kaweah Coffee Roasters and Sierra Subs a short drive down Highway 198.

THE PROPERTY
The suite is one of two private units at Agate Ranch. You'll have your own private bedroom, and bathroom entirely to yourselves, and you're welcome to enjoy the shared outdoor spaces — the grounds, the views, and the path down to the river. Guests may be staying in the home's other unit during your visit; each space is fully private and separate.

Your private space: the suite is entirely your own — bedroom, full bathroom, seating area, and coffee/mini-fridge setup, accessed through your own private entrance on the south side of the home. You will also have your own private parking space near your private entrance. The door between the suite and the main house stays locked from both sides.

Shared spaces: the outdoor areas — grounds, EV charger, and river access path — are shared with guests who may be staying in the property's other unit. There are no shared indoor spaces.

Not included: the suite does not have kitchen access. In-suite you'll find a coffee maker, mini fridge, and microwave.
