« This was the worst property that I stayed at in Three Rivers. I was so dirty that we did not feel comfortable staying at the location. The owner acknowledged that the property was not clean. But then also had a reason for everything every pic I sent of things not properly being cleaned. In the end cleanliness was 100% my issue compared to what I paid. I should not have to leave the property so you can clean it when you CHARGE a cleaning fee. I would never stay here again and would never...

« Nice place with a great location — easy access to Sequoia and a quiet spot up in the mountains. The house is roomy and comfortable, with good outdoor space and plenty of places to sit and enjoy the view. The hot tub was a nice bonus after long days out. Check-in was smooth and James was easy to communicate with. Would stay again. »

« There were several issues with this property. The main issue was that it was 105 degrees when we were there and the AC in the main bedroom did not work. This made it unbearable. The other issues I had were that the front door lock did not work properly. The door opened from the outside with the key but would not open from the inside to let you out.
