When we stayed here five years ago, there was a terrible moldy odor throughout. This stay was much more in line with the Quality Inn brand expectations. Appreciate the efforts to make this property one can stay at with confidence.

We had a check in on a Friday, we called at noon and asked if we can get a early check in. They said no because they didn’t have any rooms ready and we could call back in an hour. So we arrived there at 2 pm. They still didn’t have any room ready. So we went to Walmart and came back at 3:05 and they still didn’t have our room ready. We didn’t get in our rooms until after 3:30ish. So we get our keys and get checked in, one of the rooms was still horrible it hadn’t been cleaned at all. So they gave us a handicap room because that’s all they had. My room bathroom had water damage so bad that the paint was bubbled up and I believe there was mold there because every time I used the bathroom I would start to itch really bad. The beds were horrible when I got up out of the bed I felt like I had slept on a hardwood floor. The last night I had to sleep on the chair because the bed was so uncomfortable. I will not be staying here again.

I HATE THIS HOTEL!!!!!!!
THE FIRST TIME I STAYED WAS GREAT, SO THEREFORE I BOOKED THIS LOCATION AGAIN. I BOOKED ON HOTELS.COM. MY FIANCE AND I TRAVELED FROM ATLANTA TO ALABAMA. WE ARRIVED AT THE HOTEL AT 1:00 AM. I GET TO THE FRONT DESK AND CAN'T CHECK IN BECAUSE THE WRONG DATES WE'RE BOOKED.BUT KEEP IN MIND MY HOTEL STAY WAS PREPAID. HOTELS.COM GAVE ME THE RUN AROUND UNTIL ABOUT 7:00 AM CLAIMING THEIR SYSTEM WAS DOWN DUE TO UPDATES. WE WE'RE TRAVELING 2 WEEKS LATER TO THE SAME AREA AND I EVEN OFFERED TO PAY FOR MY STAY THOSE 2 NIGHTS AND USE MY PREPAID STAY FOR MY NEXT STAY AND THE HOTEL MANAGER REFUSED..MAKE A LONG STORY SHORT...THE HOTEL MANAGER REFUSED TO HONOR MY DATES AND MY FIANCE AND I HAD TO END UP SLEEPING IN OUR TRUCK. I TRAVEL A LOT AND HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED THE WAY WE WE'RE ON THAT NIGHT. I DON'T KNOW WHAT HAPPENED TO CUSTOMER SERVICE , BUT IT WAS THROWN OUT THE DOOR THAT NIGHT. I DON'T REMEMBER THE LADY NAME THAT TRIED TO CHECK US IN BUT SHE WAS AMAZING. MAKE SURE YOU DOUBLE CHECK YOUR DATES BEFORE YOU BOOK BECAUSE YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF...I WILL NEVER STAY AT THOMASVILLE, ALABAMA QUALITY IN EVER AGAIN!

They are doing some cosmetic improvements to the hotel. I found it to be very safe and clean. Spacious room. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Will stay there again.

Very nice staff, clean, good breakfast. However other guests need to be mindful of their voices and not talk so loudly. All in all this was a great choice and I would stay again and again

My stay was good. I am a business man and found only 3 problems which were a little irritating. 1. Not good lighting when trying to work on the "desk". 2. Chair at desk was too low. I am 6 feet and my chest was level with the desk. Chair would not change height. 3. Took me the 2nd day to figure out how to cool the room. Very friendly staff
I must brag about the service of the staff. They were all friendly and spoke with me asking how I was doing except for one person. They offered any assistance I would have needed. Also, the room was clean and the atmosphere of the hotel was quiet my whole stay. Very nice facilities.

Overall it was good. The room was clean. Bathroom needed some repair. Cracked vanity. Hole by tub behind door. TV Cable reception was extremely poor on lower 20 of the stations. But other than that was extremely comfortable. Though the breakfast was good, fresh eggs and sausage would have been better than the frozen selections from the Walmart Freezer section. Over all was good but not worth the price. If I am in Thomasville ever again, I would choose the comfort inn!

Great Location!
For the most part, this was a super trip. The hotel staff are friendly. The rates are reasonable. You are near restaurants and stores. The only problem; they have no back up generator. There was a power outage during the stay, and we were all left in the dark. Other than this issue, all went well.

The only con of staying at the hotel was when I arrived at the hotel after working nightshift there was not a room available after I had reserved my room a few days prior. I even called in advance to make sure it would be possible for an early check in. Once a room come available the lady at the front desk called the housekeeping lady at her home to come clean. I truly appreciated the friendliness of the staff and housekeeper!! I will be staying there every time I'm working in Pine Hill, Alabama.

OK stay
The televisions in the rooms are outdated and my remote worked most of the time, but not all the time. The comforters on both of the beds were stained. The beds and pillows were comfortable. I was disappointed in breakfast. My first morning I got down there early and everything was stocked. The next two mornings I was told they were out of the eggs. Overall it was a decent room for the cost.
