« Une très belle chambre, très spacieuse, mais pas ménage léger pourtant prévu, alors que nous étions sur place 3 jours (nous avons dû demander à l'accueil des serviettes neuves). Enfin, l'hôtesse de réception a qui nous avons le plus souvent à faire était très désinvolte et faisait son job au minimum. Par exemple, elle n'a pas eu le professionnalisme de nous expliquer au téléphone que la navette gratuite entre l'hotel et le centre ville ne reviendrait pas nous chercher. Ca à un peu gâché notre...

« Room was clean. The staff was nice. There’s a restaurant walking distance. The rooms had a full fridge and freezer with a microwave. A lot of space. I would definitely stay here again. »

« Definitely a unique hotel experience that I'd do again. Loved my room- clean, inviting, and a kitchen to boot! It was perfect for my overnight stay. The hotel was conveniently located for my visit. There was a bit of confusion though when one set of documents stated that I'd get an access code 48 hours before my arrival, but when I text the same day I was told I'd get my access code the same day 30 minutes before my check-in. I'd book with them again if I'm in that area of Nashville for a trip....

« Checkin not possible before 16:00, even knowing it, if you come earlier you have to wait. This could be easier with a real front desk, no? Room was just a big larger than the bed, impossible to get the tv working (netflix, etc...), same for the coffee machine in the room. Modern place, modern design (nice by the way), but cold, missing humanity. »

« We’ve stayed at the Germantown Inn for the past three years and have always enjoyed it, and seeing Krissy, the friendly and knowledgeable innkeeper. We were sorry to see this year that the lovely afternoon charcuterie spread is no longer offered and the generous warm breakfast including homemade quiche is now a barebones collection of muffins and other empty carbs and a pot of coffee. Germantown Inn was a pricey indulgence that the extras helped us to rationalize. I feel less inclined to choose...
