« I came down in the morning at 8 am, and:
THERE WAS NOT ANY COFFEE!
THERE WAS NOT ANY JUICES!
THERE WAS NOT ANY YOGURTS!
THERE WAS NOT ANY BAGELS!
PRETTY MUCH -- THERE WAS ANY FOOD!!!! And when complain was made to the front desk, they response: "Ok"!!
ELEVATOR:
MY ROOM WAS ON THE 4TH FLOOR, AND I DECIDED TO TAKE ELEVATOR!
Elevator stopped on each and every floor! Fine.
BUT: WHEN IT FINALLY GOT TO THE FIRST FLOOR: IT STOPPED FOR A MOMENT AND
**IMMEDIATELY** WENT UP. THIS TIME IT STOPPED ON...

« If you’re looking for customer service I’d try a different hotel. Nobody welcomes you or tells you the amenities they offer.
I have been here a week and my room has never been cleaned. When you need trowels you need to return your old ones and then they won’t have all of them.
This is an extended stay hotel where there should be silverware, dishes, glasses and pots and pans. Nothing is in the kitchen. The bathroom has basics so if you can bring your own. Hair dryer doesn’t work.
Soda snack...

« Bel hôtel par contre la pression d'eau est très faible ce qui fait que prendre un douche c'est plus long. Air climatisé bruyante. Chambre mériterait un peu plus d'amour. Porte pas à niveau difficile à fermer. Déjeuner était vraiment bon. Le chef qui fait les omelettes, pancakes et les oeufs est très sympathique. »
