« The whole property was very clean. The service cleaners were always around cleaning and asking customers if they needed anything in their rooms. They were also very nice. My only complaint was the AC/heater unit in the room. The on/off switch had to be pressed many times to get it to turn on. But other than that, I would definitely recommend and definitely return to the Nox. »

« Ce n’est pas un hôtel mais un motel. Sinon très bien. Propre, accueillant. À 50 minutes de l’aéroport. Un peu en dehors de la ville, c’est ce que je recherchais.
Très content de mon choix.
Petit plus il y a un Denny’s juste devant l’hôtel ! »

« On check in, there was a sign about extra fees, so I asked the person helping me if I was being charged for it. He assured me that I had already prepayed them through Expedia. But I was charged these fees and no one could tell me why, since I had prepayed. I was supposed to be charged only $12.00. Then suddenly I had to pay a parking fee. The manager refused to help out and told me to file a complaint and dispute. Also, the breakfast was not good. No flavor. Everything was dry. »
