« We reserved a room with 2 queen sized beds. This was a trip for a volleyball tournament for my husband and teenage daughter. Th hotel changed our room without notification to a room with a king sized bed and a sleeper sofa. My husband ended up on the sleeper sofa. Don't stay here if you care about your sleeping accommodations because they do not. When he asked for the room that was booked, they couldn't help. »

« It took 45-minutes to find my reservation, even with a confirmation number. My card didn’t work for the elevator the 2nd day. The pool had not been opened ye, because it hadn’t been inspected yet. They charged me an extra $40.00 after we had checked out, even though we didn’t use any “amenities”, not even their soaps. For the amount they charged me, I was not very happy with them. Would not stay their again. »

« I was a little hesitant when we first arrived, as the property appears older compared to some of the nearby hotels. However, for the price, it turned out to be a solid stay. The location is a big plus, very convenient to plenty of shopping and dining options. Our room was clean and comfortable, which made a great impression. The only downside was the lack of a fridge and microwave, which would have made the stay even better. On a positive note, I was pleasantly surprised to see EV chargers...

« I HATE the beds that this chain has chosen to use. WAY too tall! They're ok if you're an Amazon, but very challenging for my 5'4" framework. I'm either going to have to bring a step stool w/ me to stay w/ your chain or switch to another chain. »
