« Air conditioner didn’t work well, left on 65 and still didn’t get room cool. Staff crowded around breakfast area and front desk every morning, having loud conversations that would have been better suited for an internal break room. They outnumbered the guests trying to get food at the breakfast bar. »

« My children and I took a road trip from Tampa to Louisville ky. I really need to stop and let the kids tun wild and I need to rest myself.The hot tub and pool was amazing... The stuff, Bre at the front desk was very helpful. And Rayshawn was the nicest waiter to my kiddos at breakfast. Highly recommend by this mom and kids! Thanks to the beautiful hotel and it's wonderful employees. ❤️ thank you »

« The hotel was not clean. My room had a water leak from the ceiling, the room was not clean to a satisfactory standard, and the sheets and towels had a mildew odor. I will not stay here in the future nor will I recommend this hotel to anyone. Furthermore, when I was trying to checkout, the front counter was closed. »

« Shower and bathroom areas needed to be cleaner. Shower had to be cleaned prior to use. Room itself had a musty odor when entering. »

« Clean rooms, great and friendly breakfast staff, friendly front desk staff and maintenance worker, most housekeeping staff was friendly and helpful. 2nd floor was a bit smelly in the hallway, but they do allow pets on that floor so maybe that’s why, and they use carpet freshener a couple times a day to try and keep it fresh smelling. Would stay here again if in the area! »
