Visiting us in the summer? There are many outdoor activities including paddle boarding, boating, kayaking, fishing, hiking, golfing, biking, and scenic caves are all a big hit! Don't forget to take a ride on the Ridge Runner right in the heart of the Blue Mountain village!
Pets
Pets are welcome as previously stated however they must be pre-approved by host/owner for flat 100$ fee per reservation.

Quiet Times
Please note that there is noise policy in effect for this property and we ask that the guests are courteous of this rule.

Smoking Policy
Please only smoke OUTSIDE of the property. Please dispose of cigarette butts in a respectful manner.

Septic System
The septic system is a delicate system and upsetting it's balance can lead to a very costly and unpleasant experience. Raw sewage can back up and cause significant damage in the backyard. To avoid this situation, please do not use harsh cleaners and strong laundry products i.e. bleach, fats, oils, and grease should not be poured down the drain. Intestinal bacteria, a natural source for septic systems, are inefficient in breaking down fats and fiber (toilet paper, lint and hair). Be aware that the system may back up if any other material is flushed away - this includes diapers, feminine hygiene products, Q-tips, cotton wool balls and contraceptives.

Firepit
There is an outdoor firepit located in the backyard of the property. Please check whether there is a fire ban in force during your stay. Neighbours are very protective of their properties and will not hesitate to report illegal camp fires. Fines start at $1000.00. Fireworks or fire crackers are not allowed. Do not forage for any firewood and do not break off any branches from the trees on the property. The surrounding forestry sits on conservation land and fines are high for damaging it. Please burn responsibly. Please ensure that all fires are completely extinguished at the end of the evening.

Garbage Disposal & Recycling
Please place all garbage in black garbage bags and place in the bin at the end of the driveway. Please place all recycling in clear bags trying to sort cardboard from plastic. This can be placed outside the bin at the end of the driveway. There are many different kinds of wild animals unknown in this area. Please do not leave any garbage outside, or neglect to clean the barbecue after use.

Parking
As previously state parking is free onsite. However there is only room for 6 cars. Do not park on the street as you will get ticketed by the town. Please only park 6 cars in the driveway as that is the max amount we are allowed by town by-law. The by-law officers will hand out fines if there are more than 6 vehicles in the driveway.
