« The only inconvenience that I have was the check in process was unclear and the information for the check in was late, the exact address was given late hence when I got there, I was in a wrong building, they should reach out to me much earlier for the correct location
Also different with hotel, that if you comes early than check in time, they can hold your luggage and you can go out and do whatever you want and come back with your check in time with more convenient »

« We had a wonderful stay at the apartments in Landmark 81. The location is excellent—very convenient, with Vincom shopping mall, restaurants, cafés, and many services right downstairs. The apartment was clean, spacious, comfortable, and had an amazing view of Ho Chi Minh City.

« Our stay began with an unexpected inconvenience. When we arrived to check in on the 23rd, our host informed us that the unit we originally booked was unavailable due to an issue, so we were moved to a different unit in Vinhomes Landmark 1 with a similar layout.

« The room we got looked nothing like any of the pictures on the listing. Dirty/faded furniture, peeling paint, picture frames missing, fridge had broken shelves, rice cooker was absolutely disgusting(didn't use it), blinds were half functional, the list goes on. It was a place to sleep (albeit on dirty pillows) and nothing more. Just because it is in the Landmark 81 tower doesn't mean it is luxury. I have honestly stayed at waaaaaay nicer hotels for less in Vietnam »

« I was expecting a better experience. Overall the apartment is OK. The bathroom is one of the worse design I've ever seen, not functional at all. I was supposed to have access to a pool. It ended up I had to call 10 min in advance if I wanted to access it. I gave up. Make sure to ask all details during the check-in (building access, garbage, pool access, amenities).
For sure the area is quiet and secure, with a couple of restaurants, Vincom center mall a block away, multiple convenient stores...
