« Enjoyed our 4th of July weekend at the San Luis Resort, but two issues. 1) We could not find any pool seating because about 25% of the total available lounge chairs by the pool were unavailable due to paid reservations for pool seating. Many of them were unused throughout most of the day. They should offer fewer paid reserve seats and limit that to 4 hours periods. 2) Our outdated room had moist carpet and bathroom counters too low for the shortest people. »

« The reception staff are not kind. They don't have the intention to help the guests. I asked for my invoice and they didn't want to give me my invoice for exemple. In adittion, the reception the threee times that I asked fornsomethin were very rude »

« The AC was very cold, and I adjusted it. I didn’t use the pool and didn’t have breakfast, so it would be unfair to rate those amenities. »
