« On Monday we arrived and at first glance the house was exceptional. The house, rooms, pool, etc. were clean and spacious. Our troubles started Monday evening when one of our kids told us there was water all over the floor upstairs under the mini split air conditioner. We immediately turned it off, cleaned the water off the floors, and got in contact with Beach Box to get the issue resolved. Someone arrived Tuesday morning, he left assuring us it was taken care of, he fixed the AC setting to ON...

« There was plenty of room. The pictures make it look much better than it actually is. Bedding was clean, but couch had a lot of stains. For a cabin at the beach, I was not bothered by this. This is not a fancy high-end place to stay, but it was comfortable and convenient. The only problem was that the porch needs some serious upgrading. A child could easily fall through the spindles that need to be reattached to the porch. One person in my party stepped on a nail that was coming up from the...
