My wife, and her parents stayed in this property for one week. The location was clean, the views of the mountains out back were wondrous. The hot tub was clean and warm. It is ~1 hour from the front of Grand Teton National Park, and 2.5 from the west entrance of Yellowstone.
There is a Caretaker on site, who stays in a basement. There are quiet hours from 8pm to 6am. This was a bit of a surprise, as none of us remember reading anything about the caretaker or quiet hours before arriving, and opening the book. The caretaker's presence went unnoticed, except for her vehicle out front (it was always out of the way) and a slight noise during the evenings, if we were really really quiet (it sounded like a TV was on). We didn't go to this area of Idaho/Wyoming to party, so the quiet hours weren't an issue.
The kitchen is a touch small, when you try to cram 4 people into it, but big enough for two to easily cook and move around each other. The oven, toaster, stove, fridge, microwave, coffee pot, and electric kettle all work well, and are easy to use. There are some basic condiments, as well as some basic food supplies in the kitchen.
HUGE PRO: This location is a certified bird housing area. There are bird feeders ALL AROUND THE PLACE. And it's wonderful and amazing. Open the windows, and you will hear birds chirp all day. There are multiple hummingbird feeders, and if you sit outside (or inside near a window) you can hear the hum of the quick birds as they zoom around the property. There is also a herd of cattle out back (behind a fence, of course). My wife's parents raise cattle, so it was fun to see them (we didn't smell them at all).
There is a firepit we didn't use at all.
Inside, there is a ceiling fan in both bedrooms, and in the main living room. The ceiling fan for the main living room does NOT require the use of the pull chain. Use the switch, and turning dimmer switch to control the fan and its speed (These switches are near the TV, another thing we didn't use).
The ceiling fans in the bedrooms are controlled by switch and pull chain.
Outside, near the hot tub, is a large wind-chime. That wind-chime is beautiful. Except at night, when the window is open, and it bangs like a gong, waking you up. We took it down, and carefully laid it on its side, so the noise wouldn't wake up, and would put it back up every morning.
Overall, this is a great place to stay.
