« The house is immaculate and reflects the photos as shown. However, the patio doors would not open so there was no access to the garden. This was reported but nothing was done about it. Given that this is rented as a House and Garden, this is not fair. In addition, because we were there on a Friday, we were asked to put the garbage/recycling that had been left by the previous renter out for collection.
