Hard to get to, behind the Holiday Inn. Felt Stefanie driving thru another hotel parking lot to get there. The room was very clean. Staff and breakfast was amazing.

Hotel felt newer and clean. Staff was extremely accommodating. Room was nice and spacious. Area around hotel was safe but a little hidden behind other hotels.

Room had a smell. Thankfully I always carry room deodorizer. Shower shelves were dirty and had mold. We were charged for room several hours before check in time and before we even arrived. We selected pay at property. There was a mysterious $10 charge at 3:30am but does not appear in the invoice at hotel yet appears in my credit card account that is pending.

Stayed here for an overnight stay, the gym is lacking if you’re a fitness person. Two treadmills and one elliptical, the free weights were missing they only had 30lb weights. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

We have stayed many times at this particular hotel. We love the consistent cleanliness. It is a perfect spot for our family. The rooms are large and comfortable.

Stayed in room 115 and the toilet kept refilling when not in use. I would assume the flapper in the tank didn’t have a good seal. Might want to take a look at it.

I found that the hotel looked great in the lobby, but when we got to our room we were very disappointed. the carpeting was old & looked very dirty. The room was very dark & dingy. The configuration of the room was very strange. The drapes were dirty. I would never stay there again. Price too high for the quality.

Overall okay, didn’t live up to the high ratings
Hotel is in an easily accessible, convenient location. Staff was friendly. Room was disappointing. Beds were clean and comfortable. Overall condition was poor though. Cracks in ceiling, tears and stains on pull out sofa, could definitely use some upkeep and repairs.

Mostly good news
We were disappointed to be turned away from check-in at 3:25 pm. I realize check-in is at 4, but at this venture I would think they had rooms available. The temps outside were freezing and there wasn't really room in the lobby to wait because of all the travelers waiting for rooms. We had to go have an early dinner to pass the time. The room was spacious. Although we appreciated the hotel's "quiet hours" the wall beneath the bench in the shower was rife with mold. Breakfast options were very good, and most of the staff was friendly.
