Each bedroom has alarm clocks that double as a phone charger by simply placing your phone on the top (without a phone case).

The living room and primary bedroom have smart televisions, allowing you to conveniently login to any of your streaming platforms. There are also complimentary games available for your enjoyment. The couch is a queen size pull out sofa bed for additional sleeping needs.
Please note, both bathrooms in the home are located inside of the two bedrooms.

Kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, and bakeware. Basic spices and cooking spray. Coffee pot with complimentary coffee and tea. Complimentary oatmeal and snacks. Toaster.

Deck has a firepit table and grill, both use propane tanks. The screened in porch has a game table, as well as yard games.

Detached 2-car garage is available for your use, as well as the carport and driveway. The remote for the garage can be found in the cabinet in the laundry room. Please ensure the remote is returned prior to your departure.

The entire house is available for your use.

While we do our best to ensure we provide as much of the comforts of home as possible, if there’s something you feel is missing, simply just reach out and let us know! You can contact us anytime by messaging us through Airbnb and we will respond to you right away.

Our property has keyless entry so should you arrive later in the day, you have total flexibility to access the unit without worrying/losing keys during your stay!

Although the home is on a quiet street, it is just a few blocks away from US 41. The main strip of 41 has many restaurants and shopping options for your convenience. It is also very close to I-70 and easy to locate.

✔ Indoor Accidents & Fees: Any instance of your pet urinating or defecating indoors will be considered a violation of our house rules. A $500 cleaning fee will be charged immediately if an accident occurs.

★Booking Policy:
★- To ensure a positive experience for all guests, instant booking is only available to profiles with a minimum 4-star review rating. Reservations made by guests with lower ratings may be canceled.
★- For new profiles without reviews, all booking requests will be carefully reviewed and screened before confirmation to maintain the quality and safety of our home.
★- For guests with no reviews / negative reviews / unverified profiles, please note we do require a $300 USD Refundable damage deposit to be paid. The refundable security deposit will be refunded after check-out (granted that there are no missing items, damages, etc. to our home after your stay).
[Please note that there will be a rental agreement sent after a confirmed booking. The guest is required to sign it in order to get property access.]

★- For the safety of the owner’s belongings, exterior security cameras with motion detection are installed at the front, back, and side yards, as well as at the doorbell.
★- During summer months, we recommend bringing your own bug spray if you’re sensitive to mosquitoes. Despite regular pest control, mosquitoes may still be present depending on the season.
★Please Note:
- Only toilet paper should be flushed. Items such as wipes, feminine products, and diapers can cause serious plumbing issues and must be disposed of in the trash. Clog repairs due to flushing prohibited items may incur a $300-$1000 fee.

Cozy and quaint bungalow

Overall, we were pleased with our stay. We did feel there to be a lack of bath linens for three guests, which we reached out for additional linens and never did receive. A small dresser in the front bedroom would have been helpful. Also, the living room furniture probably needs to be professionally cleaned, including the inside of the fold out couch. Overall an enjoyable stay.

We had a pleasant 4 days in Terre Haute. The property was perfect and fit our needs. We would stay again in the future. It was centrally located. Kudos to the property owners and management.

Sweet little house

Perfect for a coach and few runners. Close to everything, quiet and clean! Loved the coffee/snack bar, had hotel soaps and stocked with towels etc. Host was wonderful to work with!!

Cute/Charming/Quiet location

What a charming house. It is warm and inviting, with a modern twist. From the packets or pods of coffee for your use, to the snack bars it was a great stay. The communication from start to finish was excellent and helpful. We will be staying here on our next visit to Terre Haute.

Beautiful bungalow

I was worried about only having two bedrroms and a pullout but the space was perfect! It is nice and open with high ceilings which really opens things up. The backyard was great for the kids. Our experience was overall great and I would stay again. Love the hardwoods and fixtures.

Perfect location and house

We enjoyed a lot being in Brooke's house. The check-in process was incredibly easy. Brooke let us know of the door code before we arrived in town. The neighborhood is calm and quiet. It's close to I-70, relatively close to downtown, easy to go anywhere. Shower doesn't have the best pressure, but it's good. Beds are good, kitchen is good, has a few appliances that make it easy to cook while there. Overall the stay there was perfect. Thank you.

Father was in the hospital.

Your house was only 1 1/2 miles from the hospital and restaurants. The house had everything we needed to make our stay like being at home. I would recommend this property to anyone that wants a quiet place to stay for the evening. Thanks to the owner for everything. If we come back this way again. We will be getting ahold of you.
